Ebony Magazine publishes newly available information in Kendrick Johnson case

Wednesday, November 20, 2013

Good evening:

Here’s an article from yesterday by Fred Rosen in Ebony Magazine about two brothers who are potential suspects in Kendrick Johnson’s (KJ) death.

Their father is a special agent for the FBI. One is the boy on the football team who started a fight with KJ on the school bus while riding home from an away game that the team lost. KJ whupped him that time and again another time. Both are now being investigated by the FBI together with several other suspects, according to Beau Webster, the private investigator who works for KJ’s family.

Their statements raise some interesting questions.

Check it out.

All suspects should be arrested even daddy. How many others have this happen to in this county. They knew the organs would show signs of trauma. Cover up!

keep on pushing Johnson family let no one stop

This Video is now out, there is footage in it from classmates, Parents and people that live in that area, its interesting to hear they complete from top to bottom redid that gym

SOOOO glad the Feds decided to look into the case, I remember signing petitions and waiting to hear this news. If they would have said “NO” how different this would be. So many times they do they no and so many times the media is not involved and so many times someone gets away with murder. GZ still haunts me to this day, I have never had closure from that. Once the truth starts coming out in this case, everyone will be relieved, all we want is the truth.

In every American Movie Ive seen an as far as American Law Is concerned local law enforcement has presidence In a murder unless state lines were crossed F B I has diddly squat or should have zero presence in the investigation.

Local L E are portrayed as peed of if the F B I even attempts to help them do there job as if there interfearing an hinting they the locals are not up to it.

So how does an F B I Guy get to go rouge an cover up a l murder in small town U S A Without some local Cops shouting foul

    .

I suspect this F B I Guy Is very very good at his job an surveillance an intelegence gathering.

An I bet a penny to a pound he has inside dirt on every major players from judges to senaters govners et al.

An that’s why this blatant murder was attempted an so far succeeding in being swept under the carpet.

An the carpet needs to be aired an given a dammed good beating……

  6. Drew says:

Was the camera pointed at the mats always blurry? Or just on that day and subsequent days?

In other words, did someone purposely obscure or break that camera in order to evade detection?

    • Malisha says:

It wouldn’t take a rocket scientist … any old murderer could figure that one out. Remember Fogen saying, at the police station on 2/26/2012, “The video cams were not working”? Hmmm. He had the property management guy’s name and number in easy reach, too, didn’t he? My My.

      • Drew says:

It would be easy to figure out. If cameras were working on the previous day, then all of a sudden blurry.

Also, why did it take several days for the school’s IT to copy the files to disc and deliver it to LE? Why was the school allowed to do this independently without LE sanctioning it?

  7. Drew says:

    Disheartening:

    http://www.cnn.com/2013/11/21/justice/kendrick-johnson-surveillance-videos/

If the footage is gone, then there will be no visual proof.

Time to question IT supervisor, security personnel, and other school admin.

  8. maria says:

I hope Kendrick Johnson get the justice he deserve. I am upset about what i heard what happen to him. the young men who murdered him did a stupid and bad thing and they need to be in jail. Just because the two brothers father is a FBI agent they don’t have the wright to murdered and get away with it. From the story i read Chirs Martin was very jealous of Kendrick. why murdered because you got your but kick. is it because a black boy beat up a white boy. The father needs to be in jail also covering up murder for his sons, while kendrick parents are grieving. everyone who is involve in this murder and cover up should be in jail.

  9. Tina Tina says:

where are the photos of this chris and clark martin the two suspects in this case ?

  10. MDH says:

Kendrick could have been bashed in his neck by the edge of anywhere from a 25 to 45 pound plate to produce the injury turned up in the second autopsy.

    • Drew says:

That’s in line with the weight room theory / rumor that’s come out of Valdosta.

He might have been held down or immobilized somehow and then kicked or stomped on, no?

I think it was a deliberate, planned assault, possibly involving adult / official help from the get-go, not just for the cover-up.

If there’s one part of me that can’t fully comprehend how the murder and cover-up could have been possible, it’s the presumption that the murder occurred at school during the day. I work in a much smaller school, but regardless I couldn’t imagine anyone killing someone, cleaning up, and getting away with it. No time, no coverage.

      • Lynn says:

Is there a teacher in the weight classroom? This wasn’t a after school workout in private. He had a class. Were they unsupervised? Teacher/coach stepped out for a bit and then students claim KJ went to restroom or clinic when they returned? Most teachers wouldn’t follow up if the student was not a troublemaker. Bell rings and people go on their way to next class, but not KJ. He didn’t make it to his next classrooms attendance.

      • Lynn says:

@Drew There wouldn’t be much to clean up. It wasn’t a messy, bloody crime until later. A small knuckle scrape might have gotten a drop of blood on someone’s shoe or floor. One paper towel wipe and toss it in the bathroom trashcan. The only cleanup was a handful of guys carrying him quickly into the gym and rolling him into the mat. Then toss his shoes in after him and run back to the weight room.

Anyone know whether the weight room in in the gym. Kinda like locker rooms.

  11. MDH says:

I did a quick peruse of his bio.

He states that he is a Conservative Libertarian. That probably means that he puts the rights of private property and a gun to protect above all else in society. So his mind sees the act of Zimmerman being able to roust any person who may be a threat to property as something that must be defended at all costs.

Or maybe he is a pudgy boy who identifies with George.

He is a CO and a Libertarian?

That would mean his income is derived from nanny government’s useless war on drugs that feeds income to crony capitalist who are vested in private prisons.

    Then, nuts it is.

    • Drew says:

He also believes, apparently, that Kendrick Johnson’s family wields extraordinary power over the media, more so than any other political force, individual, corporation in the nation.

It’s the most delusional thing I’ve ever read.

Seriously – blacks would loooove to have even a tenth of the power that whiny titty baby conservatives think that they do.

      • MDH says:

He claims to be a CO. Prisons are located in rural white areas as a job weenie to poor white people and a way to keep the war in drugs money train popular. That said, this guy probably is one of those white guys who “knows blacks” because he sees them in prison.

The media favoring blacks meme is flat out stupid.

If that was the case, then why was there never a one to one objective comparison of the life of Fogen vs Trayvon?

What I saw was every possible stupidity in the world that could make TM a thug being credible till proven stupid.

The mountain of evidence clearly showing that George was an ill disciplined, violent, drugged loser was not brought up, lest the media be deemed unfair to George’s right to be assumed innocent.

What are some of the stereotypes floated by Zimmerman supporters about black people?

They are lazy and can’t hold a job.

Zimmerman is not very fit and has never held a job for any significant amount of time.

        They are on drugs.

Zimmerman was on Adderal and sleeping meds at the ripe old age of 27

They are prone to violence and settle disputes with a gun.

Zimmerman settles most, if not all, disputes with a gun.

They beat or abuse their women.

Zimmerman has a rap sheet on this score that is quite long.

They blame their acts on others and take no personal responsibility.

I surely doubt there is any man alive who can beat Zimmerman in this one.

They do not pay their bills.

Has there ever been a bill that Zimmerman has paid?

They are inherently dumb and, as such, are at the bottom of their class in school.

Zimmerman was close to last in a class of over 300.

I probably could go on for another page, but it suffices to say that they are FOS.

Funny how actually applying “color blind” logic show the true color of post-racial USA.

        • Drew says:

Media portrays guys like us and guys like that as being two sides of the same coin; both extremist fringe dwellers who have an agenda.

We not only have opposing views, but everything else is opposite, too, namely intelligence, compassion, and courage.

  12. Drew says:

    Is this guy/gal mentally unstable?

Why is he so obsessed with defending Zimmerman?

Been awhile since I’ve been on here and I received the latest on GZ just yesterday from a buddy of mine-why am I not surprised? Strange similarities between the Trayvon Martin debacle and this one. More recorded phone calls, “he said, she said”, accusations of violence, domestic disputes, text messages/pictures, low bails being posted, and we can not forget guns. Man, this guy just can’t get enough!

  15. acemayo says:

Can anyone verify the tweet that was attributed to Chris Martin at the end of the link?

  17. Lynn says:

I spent some time last week reading after @crazy mentioned Carters and Alexanders. I found a couple of names and then read their friends lists. So many kids start new accounts so often. They tweet more than I could ever imagine. Trying to scroll back to Jan 2013 was nuts. I learned that there was a distinct line in the kids who knew him or knew not of him but had a heart. They tweeted concern, prayers, sympathy and amazement that it could have happened in their school. The others had gaps between the 10th and later. They only complained that the plowboy dance was cancelled. Some tweeted emo-type one liners unlike the rest of their tweets.

Reading as many old articles with comments I could find and one comment stood out more than the others. Many said they were students there, or they knew someone there who said, or word on the street was…things like lured into the gym, fight because of a girl, and the football incident.

    But this one stood out.
    http://ireport.cnn.com/docs/DOC-910258

allegedly according to local residents of lowndes county, johnson was murdered by several white boys at his school over a female. johnson was cornered into the gym and & the boys dropped gym weights on his face. the story has been kept a “secret” because the boys are of course in relation to Chris Prine– Lowndes County Sheriff.

Dropped weights on his face. A weight bar across the neck as a joke or to scare the bejeezus out of your enemy would be something teenage boys would do. Someone might have let it slip and then what?

I’ll tell you what, blunt force trauma to the neck/ jaw area causing the heart to stop and leaving a nice bruise that the paramedic pointed out when he got there. The injury possibly found in the second autopsy.

It could explain the scraped knuckles with the small laceration. KJ could have been trying to push that bar off his neck as those boys could have been stepping on his hands.

I know the gym is a multimillion dollar addition to the school and I have read about a nice weight room. I have yet to find where it is in proximity to the gym or the bathroom where the blood was found.

I found one quote from an Oct article that says,

He was last seen Jan. 10 as he walked into the gym, headed to weightlifting class.

Could explain why he had on gym shorts and no shirt. May have jumped him while getting ready for class or after class.

Now the article today mentions something from the police report…

Clark also stated that during his second block gym on January 10, 2013, he was in the weight room,” it says in the police report.

Not looking good for the Martin brothers or their dad.

    • bettykath says:

Lynn, I think you’re remembering a bad assumption I made but missed the correction. Kendrick was actually wearing jeans and three shirts, not shorts and shirtless. He may have had on gym shorts but they would have been under his jeans.

      • Drew says:

He was found shirtless with shorts, if I’m not mistaken.

      • Lynn says:

@bettykath You are correct. I was mistaken. I read part of the police narrative that said,

I observed a black male torso and head wearing white, exposed down to his rib cage.

His blue boxers and black shorts were under his jeans.

        • Drew says:

It was floating around that at one point the body was shirtless with shorts.

Were the clothes removed after the body was found or was this just an erroneous story I heard somewhere?

        • Drew says:

Reliable info on this is so hard to find.

          • bettykath says:

Ebony reported that he was “exposed to the rib cage”. I interpreted that as meaning that he had no shirt on, rather than his position re: the mat (part 3). My bad. They also reported (part 5) that he was in gym shorts. I can’t find the link now, but I’m pretty sure the first autopsy report said that he was in jeans and three shirts. But the first autopsy report seems to have been either very carelessly done or part of the coverup. It’s too bad that his clothes and his organs (the latter my speculation) “disappeared” between the autopsy location and the funeral home.

  18. Girlp says:

I’m assuming the father know everything about this and so does the Sherrif. I hope the DOJ is seriously looking at this.

  19. Two sides to a story says:

During July 2013, as Dr. Anderson prepared his report on KJ’s second autopsy, that would show he was murdered, Chris Martin retweeted the following from a friend. “Black kills black, it’s gang, black kills white, it’s rarely seen in the news, white kills black, it’s a hate crime and the whole world hears.”

Sounds like your typical Treestump supporter. : /

  20. Then you have to rely on the FBI to investigate this case when we know they rub each other’s back as a normal method of operation. I suspect they will find a way out together.

  21. ed nelson says:

Well long time now we talked, and about so many interesting things. I don’t get too many ”reverbs” from the ”peanut gallory” on my few comments, and though I am loathe to mention it… I didn’t even get an acknowledgement of my recent/decent contribution… which in the spirit of true ”giving” should never be alluded to of course!

Hope you are fine, and don’t let the Mergollens bugs bite!

    • aussie says:

You did say a few wild strange things a first, Ed. So some people jump over your posts, though recent ones have been to the point.

Maybe you could respond to someone else’s instead of making a separate comment, to get the ball rolling.

So, how relevant to the case is the fact that this boy’s father was in the FBI?

      • ed nelson says:

Well thanks Aussie for your respond. I do, like you say, make my own comments, and they will be sort of … ”tangential” from time to time, and not that I can’t respond and interact with real people’s comments, which is really a lot of fun!

So about ”the boy’s father being an FBI agent”, I don’t know anything about that. You put that weird question to me, and I don’t know about it.

I would say this though… Aussie: I don’t like to mess with certain agencies that are rather big and rather too nasty, I just would just as well leave well alone…

Jump over my posts… please do!

  22. Jennifer says:

Omg! You can run but you can’t hide! I don’t like speculating but it makes perfect sense why there is so much coverup! The father is FBI! Why tweet racists comment like that before and after the murder! Poor Kendrick! He was murdered. I hope they get to the buttom of this and someone is convicted!
I’m scared that they will get away with it since the police Completely did a bad job of preserving the evidence! It’s a case of Zimmerman all over again! I’m crying!

    • Drew says:

Yeah I’m not saying this is definitive or anything but at the very least it should be pursued. If it wasn’t, then clearly the conspiracy runs deep. If it was investigated, and I don’t think it was, and nothing was found, then move on knowing you actually tried.

  23. Drew says:

Not surprisingly the kids’ dad is in the FBI.

At the same time, it’s shocking. Wouldn’t LE want to actually do their job and *catch* the murderer? It’s like a teacher who purposely tells students the wrong answer. Or something. It’s just so incongruous to me.

    • roderick2012 says:

Drew: Wouldn’t LE want to actually do their job and *catch* the murderer?

Not when race and pride are the motivating factors-especially in the South.

  24. racerrodig says:

Looks like more privilege just like Papa Fogen here. It doesn’t take an Einstein to see where this is going.
