twitter is off the hook with the Feb 26, 2012 toxicology report of Fogen Prescription Drugs gone viral!

  4. colin black says:

A wanna see the video ? oh its been cut I wanna see the uncut version with directors commentary by foggagge..

…….This part of the vt is where Im walking slowly preambling not running in any way at all.

An definatley not following at a run.

Oh this is my favourate part the SUSPECT appears out of the dark an stormy foggy foggagge night an I got such a fright.

An ended up in a one way fight.

I lay there with peacefull intensions

Flashlights appear ther was no respite.

Nor a cop in sight .

I had no option I was about to lose my right.

To do us I must as might is always right let there be no light.

On this ghstly night when I murdered a KID out of malice an spite.

But that not how it went your BLOOD MONEY SPENT

Your left to rue an never repent for the lifes you never kent=know

You just spent an spent an never again will you have to pay rent.

In the next gated community your sent a bed of concrete cement

    Your journey is spent

In all our hearts we knew what he meant a life truly spent to cause the WORLD TO REMENT an REPENT.

    Trayvon was heaven sent.

    Its all gods plan man.

    a poem for all

    P.S Wimbildon wasn’t won in a day.

    It was by a SCOT..

  5. Dee says:

He was not swaying he was digging in his pockets, which were down to his knees. They know that these kids is wearing their pants off of their butt, which I can’t stand. However, this is what he was doing getting his money out to pay for what he just bought.

MOM is steadying acting like Zimmerman is a police, by getting all of these police to testify for Zimmerman.

    • colin black says:

He was the sheriff of the retreat at twin lakes didn’t you know that?

He was the captain of the watch.

      Th there BLAHCK WATCH.

Watch them Black kids keep an eyo on them an the pot
      holes ec
garage doors also deadly menace an threat to the comminty.

Think about it an open garage door is a jar.

A jam jar is cockney slang for a car.

If he carried a gun next to his buns he should have declared I only carried for fun.

An not to out run an shoot someone down.

They offered him a badge to go with his adopted faccade.

To end the barrage of non existant savage invadeing there garage.

His answer was bizzaree aas he drove in his car an smoked a cigar.

Badge he said an then he sashayed like a shimmie with twirls his voice was so SHRILL

BADGHES HE SAID WITH a shake off his head.

We don neeeeed noh STEEEENKIN BADGHES.

I hear someones DEAD as the job went to his head.

    • Mary says:

i agree that trayvon wasn’t swaying, but i doubt that the son of sabryna fulton and the brother of jaharvis fulton was wearing his pants off his butt!

  6. smokeegyrl says:

    They should’ve let LLMPapa’s video’s in… who da heck is a shoemaker?

  7. smokeegyrl says:

They need to show how O’Mara swayed and shimmied into the podium this morning and knocked the speakers off… was he high?

  8. colin black says:

animation is a fantast reconstruction the defence have produced apparently.

Knowing the cheapskate defence its probably one of those you tubes vt things with bobble head characters with robtic voices.

  9. bellesouth says:

    It’s a Daubert hearing.

  10. bellesouth says:

What does a hearing on expert witnesses have to do with an animation?

    • LeaNder says:

This looks like an attempt in suggestibility. A visualization of the defendants narrative versus the verbal description by the state. The visualization obviously would trump it in it’s enhanced make believe capacities.

Daubert in this context would mean if experts agree that this type of “evidence” does not influence the jury. Which I seriously doubt.

I don’t like the idea that defense can bring in the marijuana use, my impression is that people that don’t know much about it are usually prejudiced. The jury may assume that these ladies are.

In any case Bao brought that in, which in turn makes me wonder.

  11. colin black says:

both the state an defence speak simostanously in stereo

  12. DruDo says:

To the jury: If you let him wiggle and squirm his way out of this one, then he could be living in a neighborhood near you. Somehow I don’t think you would like that. Would you want him in your NHW? Would you want your teenagers out after dark if Zimmerman lived in your neighborhood?

  13. colin black says:

    The only dope was fogggagge.

  14. smokeegyrl says:

I think they are going to do a proper first before the jury hears it on the THC… I think that’s what I heard…

  15. Dee says:

MOM keep putting Zimmerman as if he is a police officer and he is not.

    • Nellie Nell says:

Which is why Trayvon was shot in the heart to begin with – Fogen playing cop! He did not have stress or trauma. He tried to go to work and school the next day. And just today we learned that he was back at the gym. This is all bull crap. And now the toxicology test. I hope the state call some that has studied the affects that weed has on a person. Weed makes you mellow and too much excitement will ruin the high. Pot heads hate to have their chill high ruined by people chasing them down with a bullet in the chamber!

  16. colin black says:

    Doppler hearing sounds good.

  17. LucaBella says:

Trace levels of dope in his system.. WHY won’t they bring up George’s drugs?????? He started everything! If someone attacks you, it’s not up to you to prove that you were innocent of everything in order to prosecute the attacker!

  18. colin black says:

M O M hopes the jury doesn’t have any common sence it his only hope,

    Nano grams of pot?

Im surprised there not claiming Trayvon is looking down on thease proceedings an snorting angel dust???

  19. colin black says:

    Rudie a message for you

  20. Tzar says:

So George is now a cop

    • Dee says:

That’s what I am saying. Everybody is talking as though he is a cop or something, what’s going on with that? That’s what got him into this trouble to begin with, wanting to be a wanta be cop. How he loads his gun, and that all of the cops keep it loaded this way. And what I don’t understand is why the prosecution is not coming back on them, saying he is not a cop though is he?

  21. Tzar says:

wow she let the level of THC in

  22. DruDo says:

    Cocaine is not marijuana, judge.

  23. colin black says:

Slow motion trapped in not quicklime butslowlimeinee.
Seld defence is not an issue Travon died that’s the issue no tissue or sleeve to wipe the tear he received.

By swaying he died an the shimmie survived on t c c we all jive an all stay alive.

The only grass that’s admissible is the grass that he was left to gasp .

    His last.

  24. Tzar says:

West flat out lies in his arguments

  25. Nellie Nell says:

West is going to burn in hell.

  26. DruDo says:

Here we go again with the marijuana nonsense. What the heck does a residual trace of marijuana components have to do with the fact that fogen profiled, pursued, confronted and murdered Trayvon?

  27. Tzar says:

Testimony stays in no procedural hardship on the state

  28. Zimmerman witness gym owner Pollock arrested in March for attacking a woman, threatening to cut her fingers/toes off.

    http://www.wftv.com/news/news/local/longwood-gym-owner-accused-attacking-woman-who-sch/nWsC9/ …

  29. Tzar says:

    woop woop
    Donnelly Richardson hearing
the state is not playing anymore

  30. DruDo says:

I missed some of this…was Lee asked why he was fired?

  31. Nellie Nell says:

    Why were you excluded???

  32. Nellie Nell says:

The top liar and racist is up.

  33. Tzar says:

    it’s funny
they are spending all this energy to impeach the audio recognition
but they got so many more problems

  34. Tzar says:

    Lee is on the stand
We will soon get to know what the state feels about SPD

  35. Dee says:

HLN claim you’re not going to miss anything, that they are pausing it. They are lying because they didn’t even show the last of the other witness, when Trayvon Father got on the stand. I am glad I am looking at it live myself, I don’t trust known of them.

  36. Tzar says:

I think O’Mara fucked up by calling Tracy
he is way to affable, stoic and sympathetic

  37. DruDo says:

    I despise O’M.

  38. Tzar says:

    C’Mon Tracy
    we’re with you Brother

  39. colin black says:

Id like to rebut B Shyster

Stick his bare but in one of those bowling ball cleaners with thick long bristeles set at max.

An set to rotate at max every time he said something inane condescending insane profane constrained perplexing contradictory or just plain inane diatribe of shite.

    Strike butt

just stick his head in one.

It would be that shiny when he walked in the sun the refection would blind people.

Ha strike the but a made a joke an didn’t even know.

See mr gym guy attornews can strike to

Except when a lawer moves to strike its to remove a mistake to makes he just uttered.

When a foggagges moves to strike its to silence an incoveniance with a dumb dumb bullt.

Even if the inconveinance is a Child terrified an screaming begging for mercy insight of safe haven an his legal abode.

An yet no mercy was showed.

  40. Sleuth says:

Adam Pollock gives me the heebeejeebee’s. Sounds too scripted. One thing is for sure, he loves money just a little bit too much.

Gives me the impression of being the type of guy you hope and pray that your daughter/granddaughter never brings home. I wouldn’t be surprised if he illegally ran/runs a “Home Boy” security company.

  41. Dee says:

If he was so soft, he wouldn’t have gotten out of the truck to follow someone in the rain and the dark to begin with, but this softness didn’t stop him from not telling. Trayvon who he was and why he was following him. Besides this the only one that had all of this MMA training was Zimmerman. He even said that if he was on his back with someone straddling him that he could get his
hands in certain position. Doesn’t this show that he couldn’t have been on his back and shoot Trayvon in that position to have to shot him this way.

  42. Looked to me that the trainer, by embellishing his testimony, established that if Trayvon’s legs were blocking fogen’s gun…he was too soft to escape and get to it…ijs

    • Trial-is-underwaybaby says:

Exactly, and the fact that the jury actually saw the famous TM “Mount” and that it would be hard to see a GUN from there… bad move to prove GZ was soft.. we already knew that… He just thought he was more than he was and murdered himself a suspected punk!

    • Dee says:

That’s what I am getting out of it. So this is proving that he was not on the bottom when he shot Trayvon. The blood flow on Zimmerman head proves that he was on top, gravity doesn’t lie.

  43. Romaine says:

what happened to the can you pull a gun if u r being mounted…..sheeeesh

    • Dee says:

You must see the same thing I am seeing. Why are the prosecutors not bringing these things up. I think they really don’t want to prosecute this guy. I think all of this is to appease the black community, and then they will say the jury didn’t find him guilty. Something is not right I am telling you.

  44. colin black says:

Foggagge is watching this cross as if he was at WIMBLEDON

oNE WAY The State the next his Trainer back an forth back an fourt

    ends 77 years off HURT

    An a Scot won wibledon

Andy Murry was a pupil a Dunblane when the massacre ocoured lost his best friend .

Sorry O T but as A PROUD SCOT I Had to fit than In

    Scotland won Wibledon……

    What a Sunday.

  45. DruDo says:

This guy is a condescending, full of himself jerk.

  46. Trial-is-underwaybaby says:

I’m sorry, but I think the jury can call bull shit on his assessment of GZ, he was clearly trying to help him out, plus I think he may have pointed out that GZ may have felt like he could take TM because he was so small… that was a lot of training that he was exposed to for a minimum of 6 hours a week for a full year, plus did you catch the part where Pollock said “it becomes a natural reaction” LOL I’d love to see the pundits spin this into something good for the defense…

  47. Tzar says:

The Paul Ryan Forehead of persuasion learn to recognize it people

  48. chi1224 says:

You don’t have to be an athlete to restrain a 17 year old for 45 seconds! This is ridiculous!

  49. renah says:

lol this dumb guy is helping the state, lol. Willis, you fell asleep too soon!

    • willisnewton says:

I tuned out after he said GZ trained “only” 2-3 times a week for two hours at a time on Grappling and Boxing. That’s 4-6 hours a week learning to FIGHT. What else does the jury need to know?

  50. Leslie says:

dude is full of it! stfu already!

  51. Trial-is-underwaybaby says:

Why didn’t he grill him more, they let him off way too easy… do the mount again…. Damn it.. but I think they got the point out… he was training and he was getting better and results were being gained..

  52. breelee says:

Man, this gym guy is biasssssed. I think he enjoyed mounting fogen a bit too much. This is unreal for a person in his position to become so personally involved with a client. He should be unbiased and just state the facts, something odd about him.

  53. Leslie says:

soooo obviously biased! And such a smartass

  54. colin black says:

    A Strikeing class?

Whom attended those Trade Unionist Labour Union leaders?

  55. Sleuth says:

Same here. The confessed murderer is too. This shyte is boring the hell out him. How dare Adam Pollock make himself the star of the confessed murderer’s show.

  56. colin black says:

So he was allowed to off load on the HEAVY BAG.

I thought he wasn’t allowed to train at home an was Shellie a willing training partner?

  57. renah says:

bingo! fogen unable to pin trayvons arm from his position on the bottom!

  58. DruDo says:

Is this guy a little defiant now?

  59. Leslie says:

do you see what Mantei just did???? “Even if he said he did it…?” i believe he is going to bring in fogens statement about the wristlock!! GOOO Mantei!

  60. Sleuth says:

Oooh Adam! Mr. Mantei just busted you dude. Arm grab don’t work when person is mounted.

  61. willisnewton says:

    falling asleep here…

  62. breelee says:

Mantei, I luvs you, that was slick! lmbo

  63. chi1224 says:

I’ve been thinking… when Tracey listened to those 911 calls, what did he know about the “investigation”? Did he know anything that Fogen claimed, or if anyone else was around or involved? I’d really like to know what Serino had shared with him at that point? Anything other than those calls??

  64. Tzar says:

    Wrist control
    ha ha ha

  65. Trial-is-underwaybaby says:

Mantaie hit the rolling and scraping on a hard surface…Bingo! and armlock

  66. colin black says:

    Don’t need FUN DI MENTAL

When you can have fun going de mental with a gun loaded with dumb dumb bullets an a dumb dumb prick with figure pressure.

  67. chi1224 says:

Whoever said tool alert was right……

  68. Sleuth says:

“Don’t use the gym in your gated community, come in for training into our facilities, I need the money”!

  69. DruDo says:

Fogen didn’t look fat in his little reenactment the next day after killing Trayvon. If he had been going to that gym for two years, 3 x wkly, then he was not unfit. That’s BS at it’s stinkiest.

  70. V says:

What’s funny is defendant voluntary joined a gym where their is a possibility of getting hurt. Potentially having their nose broken while training. However, once in the REAL WORLD having a nose broken by opponent is an automatic death sentence…. Sheeshe

  71. Sleuth says:

A couple of days after murdering Trayvon, he’s going to work and to the gym, and to lawd knows where else.

Yet, according to zidiotJr. he was one sucker punch away from “The Shaking Baby Syndrome”, having to wear diapers, a being spoon fed. Lawd, have mercy!

The jurors must be able to see through this sham.

  72. Leslie says:

    bring it Mantei!

  73. chi1224 says:

I wish I knew what the jury was thinking…. their opinion is all that matters.

  74. Leslie says:

oh oh oh please let bdlr ask if fogen had recieved any injuries during his last training sessions…please

  75. Tzar says:

    uh oh
looks like Mantei is gonna do this cross
    buckle in folks!!

  76. DruDo says:

Guns, martial arts, 46 calls to police, violence to ex-gf, LEO and dogs. Adds up to nuttier than a fruitcake.

  77. breelee says:

This is so pointless. fogen is a wuss and fought with a gun instead of his fists. We KNOW that. He got a gun over a dog fgs. Now ask this guy if someone was trying to kill him, would he rather use MMA or a gun??? geesh

  78. Thrace says:

What was GZ doing at the gym 2 days after the shooting?

  79. Leslie says:

the lack of athleticism is bs. I started running and in 3 months it was UNBELIEVABLE what else i could do with my body…stamina, flexibility, endurance, etc..

  80. MedicineBear says:

How did rate in “shimmying” and “shoving”?

  81. chi1224 says:

Finely some truthful testimony. He is gross and he is obese.

  82. Tzar says:

He knew how to punch his ex

    • chi1224 says:

The bottom line is Fogen was strong enough to restrain his victim Trayvon long enough to shoot him. That is the damn bottom line!

  83. DruDo says:

Fogen had money to pay for this stuff, but didn’t pay his rent or bills. Skewed priorities.

  84. Trial-is-underwaybaby says:

LOL.. point is, he thought he could tangle with a 17 year old he out weighed by 40pounds and then had to shoot him because he got a boo boo…

  85. V says:

Translation- I was suckering this scumbag out of his money through the guise of having him believe he was martial art trained.

    • V says:

Therefore giving him a false bravado of being tough, in which the defendant used to bully neighbors and coworkers.

  86. Thrace says:

Just because this fellow thought GZ ranked a 1 doesn’t mean GZ thought so.

    • pat deadder says:

The grappiling idiot is comparing fogen’s expertise to trained mma people not to a 17 tear old kid with no training imho.I can’t bear to watch today’s charade.Just reading comments.

  87. Sleuth says:

Adam Pollock is trying to save the confessed murderer’s butt by saying he was no good with grappling.

However the confessed murderer is starring him down as if he’s po’d. A “reasonable” facing these charges would be feeling pretty good right now with this portion of Pollock’s testimony.

  88. sadlyyes says:

i think it has become glaring apparent why a CULTURE of LIARS.(our congresscritters, executive branch, judges lawyers mayors Govs.) must be removed from office.THIS IS A NATION of liars and corrupts our daily life…rant off,i was punished by my parents for lying

  89. V says:

So Fogen has been training since 2010. That would make Travon 13-14 at the time Fogen started training in MMA. you can’t make this stuff up people!!!!

  90. willisnewton says:

this guy seems biased and the jury can see it.

    • Trial-is-underwaybaby says:

Bingo! he is trying to make the case that Trayvon was an experienced athlete because he played little league football… please come on… the jury has to smell some major bull shit right now

  91. gbrbsb says:

So they are saying GZ was useless but they kept charging him ?

  92. willisnewton says:

lol -“only” 4-6 hours a week grappling lessons!

  93. Leslie says:

i hope bdlr asks him about whether or not he taught fogen wrist locks

    • gbrbsb says:

      And for another few:

How could Trayvon see the gun ?

What do the non verbal screams sound like to him… pain or calling for help?

What would GZ be doing with his arms or legs?

Were GZ’s injuries “ground and pound” ?

      etc. etc. etc.

    • Leslie says:

Exact Where would fogen’s hands have been during the supposed “ground and pound”?

  94. Trial-is-underwaybaby says:

Tell me how this is helping the defense??? GZ clearly had to learn some of this right?

  95. Thrace says:

OH! – He wanted to learn boxing.

  96. bellesouth says:

You KNOW MOM wants to grapple with this guy, right?

  97. You all have thoughtful comments says:

grappling is exactly what gz used on Trayvon……….there it is

  98. Trial-is-underwaybaby says:

The prosecution should eat this up… show that the gun was not visible.. and that he knew what to do in a fight

  99. Thrace says:

I wish I could have seen MOM on the floor. Well if that’s MMA fighting, then it’s the same thing as a regular old on the ground fight.

  100. Leslie says:

or grab a shirt an hold them….

  101. Leslie says:

omara really enjoyed that i bet!

  102. Tzar says:

    keep going OMara
    this is great!

  103. Trial-is-underwaybaby says:

  104. Leslie says:

y’all am i wrong for wanting the ceiling to collappse on the defense side?

  105. You all have thoughtful comments says:

gz had a look that indicated he did not like this witness

  106. Trial-is-underwaybaby says:

He is basically going to say GZ was “Soft” and wouldn’t have been put in any fights

  107. chi1224 says:

    What is this guys relevance??

  108. Two sides to a story says:

Moral certainty is always a sign of cultural inferiority. The more uncivilized the man, the surer he is that he knows precisely what is right and what is wrong. All human progress, even in morals, has been the work of men who have doubted the current moral values, not of men who have whooped them up and tried to enforce them. The truly civilized man is always skeptical and tolerant, in this field as in all others. His culture is based on “I am not too sure.” -H.L. Mencken, writer, editor, and critic (1880-1956)

  109. mgs710 says:

GZ’s holster was on his front hip. It’s understandable why GZ would have been on his back at some point when they were tangled up…it was the most readily available way to get to his gun.

  110. Sleuth says:

    Adam Pollock resembles Jack Lalane.

    • Trained Observer says:

Didn’t see that at first, but upon further scrutiny … yes.
Perhaps we should demand a few pushups, or a display of the bicepps just to be sure.

  111. Leslie says:

    Tool alert..

  112. chi1224 says:

Does this guy know Fogen or what?

  113. FactsFirst says:

I’m losing faith in the justice system watching this trial…

    • DruDo says:

It’s hard to have faith in the FL “justice” system, especially.

      • FactsFirst says:

“It’s hard to have faith in the FL “Just-US” system, especially.”

        You aint neva lied..

    • cielo62 says:

factsfirst~ It’s like making sausage. You don’t REALLY want to know what goes into it. But I’m sure we’ll be satisfied with the result.

    • GrannyStandingforTruth says:

@ FactsFirst: I’ve never had any, so this trial will either strengthen my belief or make me change my views.

There are several lawyers in my family. We have two lawyers in Wash D.C., one in Mass, one in TX, two in CA, one New Orleans, one in Florida, and a Judge in CA. In addition, a criminal investigator, more than one police, two sheriffs, and a couple of correctional officers, in our family as well and my son’s godmother works for an Attorney, She used to work for Melvin Belli. He was quite a character.

I have confidence in Professor Leatherman’s integrity because he stands his ground and he is for what’s right and fair. In addition, I have that same confidence in my family members because I know them like a book.

Nevertheless, after the Oscar Grant trial, people who have served all of their youth in prison where it is discovered later through DNA that they were innocent, and many other cases my confidence in the justice system is very shaky and does not exist.

  114. gbrbsb says:

Professor, if you can read this post even if it doesn’t appear in the blog I am having great difficulty posting today.

This morning I posted several times before they started showing up on the thread and my first posts have never appeared. This afternoon when I loaded up again the same problem is happening. It has never happened before and I can post over at whonoze’s wordpress blog with no problem, just not here. Could there be some setting for international bloggers ?

  115. Sleuth says:

Det. Singleton seems to be one of the few people who testified to the Fulton/Martin family’s humanity. I really thought she was about to start crying.

  116. DruDo says:

So the defense is hinging their entire case on who was screaming…not what fogen did to Trayvon.

  117. willisnewton says:

Adam Pollack called – who is this?

  118. Trial-is-underwaybaby says:

Fucking SPD… smh… how could she know what he was responding to… she wasn’t even part of the meeting….

  119. Trained Observer says:

Singleton: He didn’t lose it … he was trying to hold himself together in the middle of the police department.

  120. Singleton’s eyes are getting a little shifty. I wonder if she realizes that something didn’t go right.

    • You all have thoughtful comments says:

She put extra words in Tracy’s mouth. All Tracy said was “No”

      Undermines her testimony.

  121. HereslookingatYou says:

the scream is silenced by the gunshot …
if the jury can’t get that ….

  122. tashatexas77048 says:

Fuck BDLR. Why couldnt he asked Serino why he didnt wonder who else it could have been???? It doesn’t make sense that he would comment on how he sounded if his voice is the only.one that should have been heard.

  123. Sleuth says:

Is det. Singleton perjuring herself or was Serino lying when he just testified she was no where around?

  124. chi1224 says:

I always knew this entire case would hinge on those screams and it is! First the defense did everything n their power and got the experts tossed, and now this….

  125. renah says:

    Singleton looking very nervous now..

  126. willisnewton says:

Serino: “That, and the circumstances surrounding the entire incident.”

  127. DruDo says:

Serino blows whichever way the wind blows.

  128. breelee says:

Dang isn’t Bernie allowed to get Serrino to say he wanted to charge fogen? What the heck!!!

  129. renah says:

and the circumstances surrounding the whole situation, Serino says..

  130. Lynn says:

Bernie chuckles as asking about GZ saying it wasn’t him. Serino gives a quote/unquote as his response to GZ not knowing it was his voice.
But about Tracy’s “no” it couldn’t be remembered.

    • Jasmine says:

That really is telling. He doesn’t think Fogen is a denial but Tracy’s is???? What kind of logic is that?

  131. DruDo says:

When my parents were informed of my 19 yr. old brother’s death in a car accident, their first response was “NO! It’s NOT true!” As parents, hopefully, the jurors will recognize and understand Tracy Martin’s response as utter denial.

  132. My Forehead Tho says:

LOL. The Defense takes to L’s for calling Serino:

    1. Tracy’s denial could have possibly been in response to hearing his son dying for the first time and not being warned ahead of time

    2. Fogen’s admission that the voice doesn’t sound like him was presented to the jury

  133. Sleuth says:

Serino is doing a lousy job trying to straddle the fence. There were at least 3 other witness that night who said they were sure it was Trayon screaming.

Serino just told BDLR Tracy’s “no” was more like a denial of his son being dead. Then he tells O’Dirty the “no” meant that Tracy was saying it was not his son’s voice.

  134. disappointed says:

There you go, it doesn’t even sound like me.

  135. breelee says:

If this jury lets this killer go, this will be their excuse. This is the most devastating thing I’ve heard so far. We need Tracy on the stand.

    • HereslookingatYou says:

I do not see anything devastating about..
Good Lord he heard his son murdered ,,, denial
who thinks they know what their childs death wail sounds like

      • breelee says:

Oh I totally agree, I’m just saying what the jury can say. I still don’t trust them. I fear they wont do their job, or came in with a opinion.

  136. These people must sleep with the devil.

  137. HereslookingatYou says:

I find it much more truthful a father would be in denial and not wanting to be an ear witness to his sons murder ..than a bunch of ASS ociates claiming they knew it was the killer right off.. puhleeze

  138. Tzar says:

denial is the first stage of grief

  139. chi1224 says:

Serino shut up about John Good!

  140. DruDo says:

Serino just stated that it could have been denial. Now he’s saying something different.

  141. I thought this type of testimony is the worst kind of hearsay.

  142. DruDo says:

I would respond the same way as Tracy Martin. This is so cruel.

  143. Sophia33 says:

    Extreme grief!

  144. gwynne says:

The jury has to get the minutes spent listening to the tape were gut wrenching. It’s hard to listen to this being talked about here.

  145. Leisa says:

I think the reason he hired Baez was so he could tell his story and not be fired for refusing to back up other cops lying for Fogen.

  146. My Forehead Tho says:

I think BDLR is trying to get Serino to admit that Tracy Martin’s “No” was in response to hearing his son dying and not to the question Sernio asked.

    • chi1224 says:

      I agree.
Also, I hope Tracey himself will explain to the jury what he was thinking and going through and put any speculation about it to rest.

  147. Leslie says:

Serino looks like he has lost weight just from last week.

  148. Trained Observer says:

Looks to me like Sybrina just wrote a note to Tracy. He smiled in response.

  149. willisnewton says:

Wow. Serino is a complex guy.

  150. disappointed says:

Did not inform of gun shot? Tacky. Disrespectful. Unprofessional.

  151. Leisa says:

The truth. Singleton was not around.

  152. fauxmccoy says:

oh interesting and conflicting testimony by SPD

  153. disappointed says:

    HAHA singleton not there.

  154. MrSykes says:

Actually Serino’s testimony only bolsters the State’s case. Tracy Martin was emotional and obviously didn’t want to believe it was his son, but he knew in his heart it was.

  155. Leisa says:

Thank you for at least sticking to the report.

  156. You all have thoughtful comments says:

No= oooooh no as he cried and was comforted

  157. groans says:

These defense lawyers are PURE SCUM!

  158. Trained Observer says:

Corey looking intent at Serino on the stand. (Was she present for the morning session that I heard but did not see?)

  159. Lynn says:

BAM! Serino can’t remember just how he worded the question!!!

  160. willisnewton says:

It would be nice if a federal investigation could be conducted to determine this.

  161. Leisa says:

I would feel better if this man said none of these cops were there when they said they were. Stick to your report as to who was there to hear the conversation.

  162. Blood boiling, I can’t listen to this.

  163. PerfectlyImperfect says:

Was Angela Corey there last week when Singleton and Serino were testifying for the prosecution?

  164. elcymoo says:

Am I the the only one here who thinks the defense team’s plan is a chaotic mess?

  165. breelee says:

Sounds like Tracy was in a crowded, noisy area to even hear the tape. And I don’t give a darn that he might have said no. I believe it was a very big DENYING no. Not a it wasn’t him, but please God don’t let it be him. And he could have also done the crying nooooooo. Either way, he KNEW it was his son. How dare the duhfense make this poor daddy go through this. Hugs sent to Tracy.

  166. My Forehead Tho says:

Now I see what O’Mara did. I think he deliberately called Singleton first knowing that State would object to hearsay, and then got as close to asking the question “What did Tracy say” as he could. Knowing that the jurors would be wondering what Tracy said and why the State would object to them hearing, he calls Sarino to tell what Singleton couldn’t to make it seem like the State is hiding evidence of Fogen’s innoncence from them.

I think defense trying to use tricks to turn the jurors against the state.

  167. Lynn says:

Tracy mentioned on a talk show that he was asked if he could be 100% certain (or similar words) that it was his son and he said no. Will Serino testify under oath that he did not word it like that or that he said does it sound at all like your son? Twisting someone’s response seems to be the SPD’s issues for a lot of statements.

    • BillT says:

i saw that long ago indeed the question asked was 100% CERTAIN…….the police have been trying to cover for this murder since the moment they arrived on the scene.

  168. DruDo says:

The SPD is corrupt through and through.

    • lurker says:

Trying to stand up in the midst of that would be pretty courageous. Serino may be doing the best that he can do.

  169. Donna says:

    ummm…did he just walk out?

  170. Cercando Luce says:

Defendant’s left eye squints when he is in emotional state. It was squinting in Wagner’s nosebleed pic, it’s squinting now, before Serino’s 2nd appearance.

  171. Sabrina B. says:

This is a real glimpse into how things are covered up. Serino was never asked if he wanted to charge fogen yet, the implication that he didn’t do anything wrong is allowed to stand with answers like “an arrest hadn’t been made.”

    • lurker says:

They might have to be careful with that one. Isn’t there an in limine against asking any of the SPD their opinions on Z’s guilt?

    • Trial-is-underwaybaby says:

I think the State will go there today with Serino… at least I hope so..

    • willisnewton says:

Let’s hope the state was intentionally waiting to cross examine Serino (and Singleton) as we may be about to see.

There is plenty the jury has not heard yet from these two that could aid the state’s case provided they are asked the right questions.

I also agree with whomever said above that there are some office politics / inter agency rivalries and personal factors to consider here that we don’t have a full picture of.

Serino IMO is the center figure in many ways of this soap opera. He has a clear assessment of GZ’s credibility but hasn’t spoken to it yet – he’s not really been asked a direct question in that regard, and nor would it be proper for him to BE asked. So it’s an odd situation.

      • Deborah Moore says:

        Huzzah, once again.
What I thought when they were on the stand the first time.
        It’s very carefully choreographed.
        Keeping the faith, here.

  172. PiranhaMom says:

An interesting note – a youngish (45?) Episcopal priest sitting 2 rows back of Sybrina and Tracy.

Must be part of the pastoral contingent.

  173. lurker says:

Officer Serino doesn’t look the least bit happy to be there.

  174. colin black says:

Wonder where B Shyster left his brains.

I think he was so confident in predicting a guilty verdict in CAYLEEES murder with the pinnellas pinheads he cant bear to get it wrong again.

    So he prevaricates an placicates…

  175. disappointed says:

It is time for the State to pull out the text messages to whoever fogen sent it talking shit about Tracy. Put it out there.

  176. Nef05 says:

WHY is Singleton testifying for fogen???

  177. Lynn says:

I know this is objectionable but for the record…blah blah blah.

I hope this circus comes to my town soon. I need a good laugh. All that is missing is a big red rubber nose on MOM.

  178. chi1224 says:

If I was Tracey Martin I would stand up and yell I KNOW IT WAS TRAYVON!! My blood is boiling! O’Mara is a manipulating bastard!

    • willisnewton says:

I’m glad you aren’t Tracey Martin. Sorry to be blunt but he’s showing real class and you would be disrespecting the court, the jury and the process were you to do that.

This is how trials are conducted. It may not be perfect but it is the system we’ve all agreed to live by here in the USA.

      • chi1224 says:

I know. It’s just that this part of the case makes me so mad. Fogen is trying to steal the screams of a child he killed! If one person on that just thinks Fogen was screaming he will not be convicted. This case hinges on those screams. But your right, Tracey is acting with class and that is the way it needs to be.

    • lurker says:

They don’t want to put Tracy Martin in the stand because they know that he can rationally explain, as Jehvaris did, that he was clouded with denial that Trayvon could be dead.

So they are trying to get his words in some other way.

  179. willisnewton says:

wow. Did you catch that, whonoze? very short, and she was going to be asked about Tracy Matin’s response to hearing the 911 call as played to him by Serino for the first time but the state objected and so she never really got to say much, then was not cross-examined by the state at all.

  180. disappointed says:

If serino can testify as to what TM said I hope he can also testify to Fogen saying it doesn’t sound like me.

    • tashatexas77048 says:

Bernie brought it up but failed to hammer the point home the first time and.that is “Officer Serino did it occur to you that more than one person could be heard on the tape if the Defendant didnt recognize his own voice? Who else could have been screaming?

  181. chi1224 says:

As if the jury didn’t know why Bernie was objecting. This is so sad.

  182. Leisa says:

Lying bitch was not there during that playing of the tape.

    • Sabrina B. says:

So what if she was. The circumstances surrounding the call being played were clearly stressful, especially since he was there asking and clearly upset that an arrest hadn’t been made.

    • MedicineBear says:

I remember reading the written report of an officer being nearby when Serino played the tape for Tracy Martin — and the report said they didn’t hear Mr. Martin’s response to the question. Was that Singleton’s hand-written report?

  183. chi1224 says:

    This is sick

  184. willisnewton says:

Was Singlton wearing her lanyard/badge last time she took the stand? I don’t recall seeing it.

    • Sabrina B. says:

No, she was in full uniform.

    • Donna says:

she was in uniform and displayed her military stripes. There was an article in the paper afterwards. A veteran from WWII complained. She was wearing a stripe for medal of valor and purple hearts..

  185. Trial-is-underwaybaby says:

In one of her interviews GZ say’s very clearly “When I walked back Towards him” describing his actions after he disconnected with Non-emergency

  186. chi1224 says:

This is so disgusting what they are trying to do here with Tracy Martin who knows FULL WELL who was screaming on that tape!! HIS SON! I am getting so pissed off I can’t stand it!!

  187. Donna says:

Trying to get Tracy Martin’s statement that it did not sound like Trayvon.

Why not ask about when GZ said it did not sound like him

  188. lurker says:

OK, they are trying to bring in the Tracy Martin response on first hearing the tape–sideways, through hearsay.,

  189. chi1224 says:

Will somebody please tell Bernie that last witness sat in court last week!!!!!!! WTF!!!!

    • jodiwankanobi says:

chi do you remember what day you saw him…or through who’s testimony?

      • chi1224 says:

I haven’t watched the old testimony yet, but PM posted this:

        @chi –

I’ve been screaming about this since this guy stepped into the witness box – but we’re all involved in β€œlive chat” so by the time my posts are up, everybody is past my comment.

Check last week’s videos – W, Th, F β€” he’s there faithfully all day long, always in jacket & tie, on the defense side, HIGHLY visible, 2nd row, 3 or 4th guy from the wall.

    • Deborah Moore says:

You don’t think he already knows that?
I’m upset too, but let’s try to keep it together.
Here’s a hug. And, let’s all hang in there.

  190. breelee says:

Did they show the part where fogen asks Singleton if she ever shot someone? If not, why not? That’s huge telling why he was so furious that Trayvon didn’t obey his commands.

  191. disappointed says:

Here we go with the Racist P.D. Err meant Sanford P.D.

  192. Sabrina B. says:

Commanding presence on tape. I know it won’t come in but I sure wish it did.

  193. Trial-is-underwaybaby says:

What happened to the matter BDLR had to discuss out of presence of the jury?

  194. Leisa says:

Is her badge big enough? Is she compensating for something? Lmao. Sorry couldn’t resist….

  195. chi1224 says:

Why is she back up there?

  196. DruDo says:

Just a thought: Trayvon’s tattoos were brought up…is fogen’s “drama masks” tattoos, which are gang symbols, especially in the part of VA he lived, going to be mentioned?

  203. Sleuth says:

Wonder if the duhfense is going to let the jury hear the testimonies of the poor, deprived AA children, and the pastors of the AA churches where their client claims to have passed out flyers about Sherman Ware.

    • disappointed says:

he meant passed out drunk, not passed out flyers.

      • Sleuth says:

        ROTFLMBO!!!! Just hilarious!

That’s more likely the case. Funny thing is the AA pastors of those churches said they never saw any flyers on the parishioners cars, they as well as Sherman Ware’s sister say they never even heard of his name prior to him murderering Trayvon Martion.

  204. silk says:

u think because gz mother didnt really to a convincing job last week ?

  205. Stormwatch says:

I know it’s a very serious case at hand, but some of the comments do make me chuckle. “Zimmerman’s butt plug called to testify, says it him screaming”..”Now we know Zimmerman screams everywhere he goes.” This is good stuff.

  206. chi1224 says:

I REALLY hope Bernie is addressing that last witness being in court last week!

    • disappointed says:

Didn’t that guy said he had not listened to the tapes? He did if he sat in court. Fogen’s friends are a punch of fucking punks.

    • FactsFirst says:

me too.. I’m like seriously over here BLUE HOT about that ish… Especially after the whole sanction debacle..

    • chi1224 says:

I will be furious if that isn’t addressed!! That guy flat out lied!! I can’t imagine Bernie would let that go!

  207. whonoze says:

Even I think this Donnelly guy was laying it on pretty thick.

  208. Stormwatch says:

As soon as I heard that NEN tape, it was blatantly obvious to me that the defendant had every intention of detaining TM until the police arrived. At some point. TM ascertained that the guy with the gun was not professional law enforcement. Being young and black in Sanford and being interrogated by a police officer with a gun is scary enough. Imagine how terrified that kid must have felt knowing that Zimmerman was not a cop. No wonder the kid was screaming for his life.

  209. silk says:

so is the state doing good ?? i just got in .

    • chi1224 says:

defense calling a bunch of fogenites to say it’s Fogen screaming on the tape…. but imo Bernie has showed their bias.

  211. FactsFirst says:

Next time the prosecution question a witnesses he should start off by saying, “Good Morning fucking Punk”.. Or “Hey asshole, is it true that”… Then we’ll see if they consider those terms endearing… SMMFH…

  212. whonoze says:

Bill S. saying Osterman’s testimony today helped the Prosecution more than the Defense.

    • Rachael says:

Osterman’s testimony ALWAYS helps the prosecution more than the defense. Good thing he is GZ’s friend. Hate to think what he’d do to him if he were his enemy.

    • disappointed says:

I missed his testimony and only watched some of his wife’s testimony. I believe SO’s did not help either. She came across as “real retarded” with that ish I do not hear fucking punks. Only person in America to say that shit.

  213. Girlp says:

Now we know George screams everywhere he goes.

  214. Trial-is-underwaybaby says:

The state should do an in court live reenactment with real people the same size and weight of GZ and have the defense hire some people to do the same… either way it will be impossible to recreate what GZ say’s happened…

  215. Donna says:

Today I was talking about this trial and a friend of mine accused me of being narrowed minded and stubborn because I refuse to listen to GZ story objectively.

I do not refuse to listen objectively. I do listen. I just cannot believe it. I am unable to understand how people can believe any word that comes from his mouth.

One lie, I can overlook. Two lies, still can overlook…repeated lies and changing motives, I cannot overlook.

GZ is a liar and so are his friends. I refuse to acknowledge anything they say as truth.

That Sondra Osterman this morning…”I don’t hear him say fffing anything. Sorry, don’t hear it.”

Puleese….they are so arrogant. They actually think they can fool everyone.

And GZ’s uncle from last week…”I know in my heart, I felt it was George”. lol

It’s actually laughable. Thank God you people can see through the b.s.

    • Boyd says:

next time, just say he’s a liar. there is nothing else to say.

    • Malisha says:

Sondra is unable to hear “fucking punks” but …

When Serino asked Fogen, “What was that, fucking punks?” Fogen answered “Fucking punks.”

When Hannity asked Fogen, “did you say fucking punks or fucking coons?” he answered with his snicker, it was “punks” — not denying the adjective.

“Who were the fucking punks?” asks Serino?
People who were victimizing the neighborhood, says Fogen.

  216. disappointed says:

I am all caught up. Before I commented I called my DIL and asked her to name the new baby due in October a Fucking Punk. We will call him/her Asshole for short. I am pretty sure she is calling my son to have me put in straight jacket. She did not find the names endearing.

  217. Leslie says:

Geez..I hope my power stays on so I can continue to watch. We are having some wicked storms here in the Carolina’s.

  218. HereslookingatYou says:

BDLR is sly.. when they play the killers exemplar that was suppose to be his recreation of that horrific scream , and for the last time play Trayvon’s death wail..

  221. bellesouth says:

I was just watching this DUI Checkpoint video gone viral from Rutherford County. My friend who plays on his own computer in the back of the house heard it and came over. He was sure it was George Zimmerman! I swear. This just happened!! ahhahahaha. Actually, it turns out this sheriff’s deputy acts just like George would — looking for trouble where none exists.

  222. whonoze says:

I’m going to miss the aft. session, which could be more interesting than the friends-of-CAC parade, since it’s seems the Defense will be calling Doris Singleton. I wonder what there angle is there. Maybe she spent enough time will GZ whining that she can ID the screams as his, too.

    • willisnewton says:

Wow, Singleton being cross-examined by the state…. should be interesting. Sorry you have to miss that. Get a mobile device and listen in to a live stream!

      • Leisa says:

Hope they play her comment about people taking their kids to ER for a tiny cough because they are not the ones paying for it. Racist bitch infuriated me with that.

  223. chi1224 says:

Does anybody remember what time court is back in session? I don’t want to miss Bernie outing the poor old guy who cried on the stand for poor Georgie.

  224. Stormwatch says:

Young Mr. Martin knew the defendant was armed and likely to shoot him. That’s why the kid was screaming. I’m thinking that maybe Zimmerman displayed his weapon and knew that the cops were on the way and he could be in trouble for the unlawful display of the firearm and this kid ain’t gonna ruin his future and stick him with a gun charge and prevent him from ever being a police officer so he better shoot him and say the kid attacked him. He is just that sick.

    • He said “get on the ground” in Jenna’s 911 call, so it’s clear to me that he was using a gun to order TM around.

      • Sleuth says:

        @Leroy Eugene Hudson

He even admitted in the re-enactment video he used his official LEO voice when he said, “Don’t move, stay on the ground”! The LEO Command Voice was pointed out last week by his on attorney on re-cross of Serino.

    • groans says:

      He is just that sick.

Evinces “a depraved mind regardless of human life….”

    • Sleuth says:

First, I just want thank you for recognizing Trayvon in such a respectful way, just wish the State would address him that way.

As I have previously posted, I believe there are at least 2 voices, and those shrieking screams (death screams) are those of Trayvon, and the flat “Help”……”Help”…are those of the confessed murderer asking someone to help him detain the victim.

    • bellesouth says:

I think GZ had him in an arm twist where it hurts no matter which way you move. He got him to the ground, pulled his gun and shot him.

  225. MDH says:

Does this indicate that the defense knows they are up shits creek without a paddle with respect to forensic evidence?

Seriously, in IP law, testimony by an interested party has zero probative value.

    It is just common sense.

It seems to me that they are trying to convince a jury that GZ thought he was in fear for his life. If anyone on the jury accepts that, then god help us all.

    They would have to accept:

I have this guys hand in a wrist lock {a submission hold via Wikipedia} and moved my hand out of the way so that I could carefully point my loaded gun into his chest. The sheer terror of me being at death’s door due to this most unfortunate position caused me to let out a scream akin being immolated by a NVA flame thrower in the mortal combat of Hue city.

  226. Woow! says:

The prosecution and DOJ has tried so hard not to make this case about race when even Stevie Wonder can see that it is. Why else would the prosecution not put that CAC’s text and emails out there?

I understand why they tried not to make this case about race but in hindsight, the defense team has made it totally about race, the black kid (community) against the wholesome white/hispanic/peruvian (white community) man.

This is too serious of a case to play politics. This case has empowered racist zealots. These people have no shame.

If they think black people is going to sit around and allow their kids to get lynched they are sadly mistaken.

Isn’t Florida where that real crazy racist Limbaugh live? He has been pushing reverse racism since the 2008 presidential election and the KKK has ran with it.

    • vickie s. votaw says:

Trayvon’s parents don’t want it to be about race, either. It’s personal for them, IMHO

      • But this is where I have a problem with this case. Everyone want’s to say it isn’t about race but the defense requires you to believe that TM is a stereotypical-thug-negro who would simply do a U-turn and beat a man to death and then go home to drink his Arizona like nothing even happened. This case is all about race, racial profiling, racial hatred and nothing else.

        • anita says:

~Leroy, you’re 100% correct. This case is all about race. fogen would’ve never even noticed Trayvon if he weren’t black.

        • elle says:

Leroy and Anita, I agree with you both. I keep trying to set race aside in my head. But, it is what it is, and we can all see it. If Trayvon was not black, fogen would have never looked at him twice.

    • GrannyStandingforTruth says:

Those people, including the defense do not have any shame. What do you expect? That’s the south and the south has not changed. That is part of the history of the south to save their own when they murder black people.

They know that was Trayvon’s screaming and so does everyone else. The screaming stopped when the shot was fired. It’s a kid’s voice. That’s common sense, but I’m not expecting common sense in the south because it is a cesspool of hatred and racism. Florida was also one of those “hurry sundown” towns and the place that “Rosewood” took place.

      • DruDo says:

Granny, I understand what you’re saying, but I know plenty of northerners who are rabid bigots and racists. It’s definitely not confined to the south.

        • GrannyStandingforTruth says:

DruDo, I do too because I’ve live in the north and have lived in the south before. In addition, I traveled and visited a lot of places in the USA. It exist all over the USA.

          • GrannyStandingforTruth says:

I hit the submit button before I could say, but it’s nothing like it is in the south.

        • Manue says:

And I would add that it’s not confined to the US either, unfortunatly I met plenty of those people around here, same hatred, same speech…Only their “targets” might be different,.

  227. Stormwatch says:

Coons.. Goons.. Loones..does it matter? When he said “These assholes, they always get away” he made it clear that it was not going to happen this time. That’s why he told the NEN guy to have the officer call him when he got there. Zimmerman had no idea where he would be when he finally caught up to the kid. He was determined to restrain this kid until the cops got there.

  228. EveryoneIsEntitledToTheirOpinion says:

He is a racist…and his comments clarified that for me….

  229. EveryoneIsEntitledToTheirOpinion says:

F–king coons is what Zimmerman said…

  230. jodiwankanobi says:

if you are screaming in fear of your life like the big shrill screams on the tape….is it then normal to all of a sudden let out a heeeelllllp, hellllllp me. So stupid. If that was one person yelling and screaming it would seem that one second they are wanting help, then they think they are going to die, then they’re not and just want help, then they are terrified they are going to die again etc. I’m sure it doesn’t happen that way. Popping in and out of uncontrolled shrieks of fear to calm controlled heeeeeelp me just doesn’t add up to only one person.

  231. Stormwatch says:

I have faith that the jury could hear all the huffing and puffing on the NEN tape and reasonably conclude that the reason the dispatch person asked GZ if he was following the kid is because he could hear Zims huffing and puffing and that’s what promtped him to inquire whether the defendant was following the kid.

    • chi1224 says:

If they have ears they can hear the huffing and puffing. They can also hear Fogen’s supporters lying through their teeth. Bernie was very smart to ask them those questions because he knew they would lie and the jury would see it, thus making their credibility ZERO.

  232. EveryoneIsEntitledToTheirOpinion says:

Bernie needs to sit down… He is a terrible prosecutor. Where is that young guy he thinks on his feet…

    • Trained Observer says:

Uh-huh … That must be why later this month Bernie’s picking up a “Best of the Best Trial Award” in D.C. from the Association of Government Attorneys in Capital Litigation.

    • Johnnie says:

I agree, Barnie is too nice and to accepting of what people say. He doesn’t challenge enough and/or ask thought provoking questions; i.e., he could have asked “Oh, God, I hate having this ability to detect screams,” since you are such good at picking out voices and familiar with screams. tell us how someone screaming would sound if they just had their leg or arm blown off versus someone looking down the barrel of a Vietnam con about to shoot him the heart. Is there a difference between a scream of someone badly hurt or someone in terror? Which do you hear on the tape?

  233. MichelleO says:

So, if fogen walks, this is to be our NEW WAY OF LIFE, folks. What will you all do then, for the OLD SOUTH will have risen again.

  234. Woow! says:

Where is Joe “coon is a term of endearment” Oliver? I though he was that CAC best friend.

    • Malisha says:

Oliver was forced to admit that, if he did not know wonderful Cheoregee, the facts as presented would make it look like a racist killing. He said the reason he knew it was NOT was that he knew and loved Cheoregee. So his “knowledge” that Fogen was not guilty was based on his love for Fogen, not on facts. Since he said that on national TV, I doubt the defense wants to put him up there. It would be like admitting character evidence was the ONLY thing that would support a verdict of NOT GUILTY and the defense cannot afford to go THERE.

  235. Woow! says:

If it were black people on the witness stand lying MOM and W would be screaming perjury trying to have them locked up.

BDLR and his team need to get more aggressive and call these people out or threat to charge them with perjury before they even begin this nonsense.

    • EveryoneIsEntitledToTheirOpinion says:

Right on… They deliberately orchestrated this trial and I believe the prosecution doesn’t want to win it…. They are pleasing the public outcry.. Zimmerman is a murderer. case cold….

  236. EveryoneIsEntitledToTheirOpinion says:

This case is based on a scream now… it should be based on GZ got his fat azz out of the car after being told to stay put and he killed a young man carrying ice tea and skittles. Where is the forensic evidence?

    • chi1224 says:

It all came in. Fogan has a right to his defense and this is what THEY are doing. The jury will not buy it.

    • Lynn says:

I guess you missed forensics last week with the Prosecution. This week the Defense is bringing you screams cause that is all the case they can come up with.

    • willisnewton says:

The case is NOT based on a scream. It doesn’t matter who was screaming, IMO anyway. What matters is what the state can prove happened beyond a reasonable doubt to THIS jury.

      • Malisha says:

In fact if I set out to prove to the HOA that they needed to let me patrol with a gun, and needed to pay me to live there, for safety reasons, I’d load up my gun, chase down some innocent, get myself a little blood on my face, scream a lot and then bring him in so he could be convicted of assault and I’d be a hero.

  237. acemayo says:

I want all of GZ wintness who believe his words(fking etc) is normal
way of expressioning your self go to work and talk this to your boss
or go up to any stranger and start talking that way

    • willisnewton says:

thanks, asshole for pointing out that that sort of language is not a problem for civil speech. You effing punk, I’ve enjoyed your comments. Glad we can all be friends here.

      (snark, and apology)

no “ill will” intended. Or malice. Or spite. You asshole.

  238. breelee says:

Next up, Helen Keller…swears it was fogen screaming. She also saw him with his mouth wide open.

  239. You all have thoughtful comments says:

I am not impressed by the friends that gz keeps.

  240. Sophia33 says:

So they are in recess until when?

  241. Dee says:

Differently, a difference those screams were ”death screams” which no one would have heard like that unless you were about to die. That’s why the screams stopped after Zimmerman killed the one that was screaming. These people are lying on the stand because they know they can. This guy was so much of an expert on cries of the hurt and injured then why he wouldn’t have notice that the screams stopped immediately after the shot.

Which shows that the one thing. The one that stopped screaming was the one that took the bullet. Why are they not saying things like that? Something is just not right with the State questions. I am starting to feel that they really are not trying to win this case. I feel that this whole case is just to appease the country not to convict this man for sure. Because it is too much evidence that was not given plus witnesses not brought up. Now they’re questioning is really weak. Something is just not sitting right with me on this trial.

    • EveryoneIsEntitledToTheirOpinion says:

I’ve been saying this all along. Something is wrong with the prosecution selection. They selected a jury of GZ peers not the young man who is dead. Where is Angela Corey Ms. Justice for All…

The case is fixed. They paid off the Martin’s now Zimmy walks free. It is so obvious. How can you not place one black juror in the box. As stated in a previous post months ago Sanford Florida is a racist state and this is not hearsay it is first hand experience.

      • MichelleO says:

I want you to tell us in detail and indisputable facts, how and when the Martins’ were paid off.

      • Rachael says:

I’m sorry you feel that way. I think they dug themselves into a very deep hole making it very easy for the prosecution to bury them. I think it is pretty easy to show that if using GZ’s very own words about what was going on at the time, it would be impossible for him to be screaming.

Also, the screaming stopped when the shot was fired.

Again, using GZ’s own words about not knowing he had hit him, why did the screaming stop?

I think the only fix is that they all proved themselves to be liars.

      • cielo62 says:

EIETTO~ It’s very hard to NOT call you an absolute ridiculous moron, but there it is. The Constitution guarantees of jury of the DEFENDANT’S peers, NOT the victim’s. There is NO “fix”, and NOBODY has been paid off. Obviously if you believe that, go play in the treehouse. You have ZERO basis for that fetid pile of manure here.

      • Trial-is-underwaybaby says:

I think you guys are going down the Tree stump line with the conspiracy… don’t get me wrong, I think the state could or even should have made some points that I didn’t hear the make, but I have heard them mention the fact that the screams stop abruptly after the shot… in fact, I think they said it in opening statements, l think they are challenging these witnesses very effectively, and posing the question to them as to the screaming stopping after the gun shot would be speculation, but I agree it would be good for them to get it out there more…. we shall see what the outcome is…

      • Sophia33 says:

If the Martin’s had been paid off, then why proceed with a trial? And who paid them off? You aren’t making sense.

        • cielo62 says:

Sophia~ Trolls never do. Causing dissension and trying to derail the discussion on the evidence is their MO. As much as I wish Bernie would do certain things, I do NOT see ANYTHING even REMOTELY like this entity does.

        • EveryoneIsEntitledToTheirOpinion says:

The housing development where Trayvon was killed settled a multi-million suit one week before Zimmerman trial begun. People just don’t care who are aligned with the KKK. That is why I feel the tv announcer and authority figures think money will resolve what Zimmerman did. Zimmerman needs to go to jail along with his wife.

          • cielo62 says:

And you STILL doesn’t make any sense. It wasn’t a “pay off” so much as a “please take this money and don’t sue us into non-existence.” The HOA’s LAWYERS knew that with punitive damages the Martins could sue for damages in the tens of millions. That they settled for such a small amount shows it’s not the money, but the holding those responsible accountable for their parts.

      • Malisha says:

Corey is not “Ms. Justice for All.” Check out Melissa Alexander’s case. Corey caught this case and had to do the right thing to a certain extent — we shall see which extent, the jury’s still out on that one — but she is no poster girl for “justice for all.” That’s why Dershowitz’s attack on her amuses me; he attacks her for doing the RIGHT thing when she had no choice but to do the right thing. HA HA HA HA HA! A certain poetic justice in that, methinks.

    • Sabrina B. says:

I really want to believe they are doing their best. I am worried that with all of these, ‘my best buddy. friend, coworker” character witnesses, that the jury will have a false sense of who this nut case is. If they are not allowed to show that the defendant has an established pattern of aggressiveness, the jury will come a way with the idea of him being a ‘good guy,’ And while he wanted to be a cop/prosecutor/soldier/judge/ businessman,/ superhero, has made a series of mistakes. but that they were neither with malice nor ill will and be inclined to not want to see him punished.

      • roderick2012 says:

“I really want to believe they are doing their best. I am worried that with all of these, β€˜my best buddy. friend, coworker” character witnesses, that the jury will have a false sense of who this nut case is.”

Remember last year when Osterman stated that George didn’t have any friends and he was estranged from his family?

I wish that the State had that clip, but like everything else they let that slip too.

I swear the State hasn’t looked at any evidence or done any work since the Murder 2 charges were filed in April 2012.

        • cielo62 says:

oh roddy, you are ever so funny as usual! You wrote that as a line in a play for the treehouse crazies, right? Right?

          • roderick2012 says:

Why don’t you leave me alone.

You are a lot like Unitron—you seek out conflict where there has to be none.

Let’s agree to disagree and not respond to each other, ok?

          • cielo62 says:

But WHY roddy? Your comments are worthy of Unitron, as is your overall whiny negativity. Honestly, if you want the prosecution to lose so much, you really ARE on the blog.

          • cielo62 says:

            OOOPS. On the WRONG blog.

  242. Judy75201 says:

So O’Mara didn’t even know about these witnesses until Saturday???? Srsly???????? Convenient, ain’t it?

They had no defense, and then, Voila!

    This is bizarre.

  243. Woow! says:

CAC siser is on MOM witness list. Is he going to call her? She has been in the courtroom every day.

  244. MichelleO says:

This is a way of life they are defending, especially the old ones. They are defending a privilege they have had passed down to them and have grown up with. If a white man or half-white man shoots an n-word, and he says that he is an innocent man just doing his duty—even if that n-word is an innocent child—-this is his right and duty as a white citizen of the South.

    • Sophia33 says:

Also, based on the comments on HP, they are also saying that a white person should be able to do whatever they want to a black person and the black person has no right to defend themselves.

When I saw the movie “42” one of the things that stuck out the most to me was when Jackie Robinson was being signed. The owner told him that he could respond to the brutality because even if he were right people would focus on his response and not what was done to illicit that response.

That mentality is what we have going on here.

In so many ways, we are still expected to accept being second class citizens while paying first class taxes.

      • MichelleO says:

I fear for our country if this man is let go. I truly do. This will pit neighbor against neighbor, just as the NRA and associated public school to prison pipeline system was planned.

Martians I tell you.

  246. whonoze says:

Check out NMNM’s post on the ‘evolution’ of GZ’s story on TL.

He’s especially focused on the question of TM running…

“GZ’s story went from TM running, to TM walking, to TM running in a manner and for a motive on which GZ could say nothing, to TM ‘like, skipping’, to TM maybe running but not ‘out of fear’, to TM definitely not running.”

    • willisnewton says:

What, it hasn’t been deleted yet?

    • willisnewton says:

that’s pretty good presentation. Unlike anything we’ve seen in court so far.

The important element IMO is that GZ acted in a manner that shows to me he was trying to omit, obfuscate and obscure the fact that the teen ran away in fear – ran away in fear of WHAT? The car that moved to follow him after he walked past it.

But for the NEN call recording, no one but RJ/W8/DD would have ever known that Trayvon ran anywhere for any reason.

IMO GZ behaved in manner where is seems he hoped or felt that the NEN call was either not recorded or not going to be referred to in depth. Probably the former.

  247. Ty Flair says:

I hope the State was up there explaining these character witness O’Mara just question and the door is now open.

seems to me these folks helped showed the killers character and their own…
it’s ok to call a black kid simply walking as a funking punk/coon asshole…
      guess it’s just the norm…

      • Dee says:

Yep she said her kids talk like that all the time. These people don’t care about a black kid losing their lives. Did they say one time that they were sorry this kid had to lose his life either way, no they didn’t. They all gave Zimmerman and ”at a boy” for killing Trayvon. That’s what they did because in their eyes, it was nothing but another n*****.

    • FactsFirst says:

Welp, at least those people being called names are still ALIVE! Trayvon~> who couldn’t GEY AWAY ~> not so much… Names don’t kill people… KelTec 9mm’s do..

  251. Stormwatch says:

It appears as though the defense is trying very hard to make the jury think that it is not TM screaming and they’re also trying to eliminate the elements that constitute murder 2. They are spending a lot of time on identifying the screams as GZ and demonstrating no ill will on the part of GZ. I think the defense is a lot more worried than they are letting on. They know they have problems with Zims predisposed ill will being pretty obvious as well as him being the source of the screams.

  252. HereslookingatYou says:

Listening to MSNBC analyst she said CAC in his reenactment showed how he reached for his gun. The gun is kinda behind his back. If he was laying on the ground, how was he able to reach behind his back to get the gun and also how did TM see it if he was laying on it.

    • Rachael says:

ooooh, I didn’t know that. That is way wrong.

      • Rachael says:

But maybe that’s the issue they have to address before the jury comes in after lunch.

      • chi1224 says:

Yeah… something is wrong, I think that is the issue that the judge is going to hear after lunch. She really needs to smack O’Mara down on that one and tell the jury to disregard that fool’s testimony!

        • PiranhaMom says:

          @chi –

I’ve been screaming about this since this guy stepped into the witness box – but we’re all involved in “live chat” so by the time my posts are up, everybody is past my comment.

Check last week’s videos – W, Th, F — he’s there faithfully all day long, always in jacket & tie, on the defense side, HIGHLY visible, 2nd row, 3 or 4th guy from the wall.

          How could this be LEGAL???

          • chi1224 says:

I don’t think it is… I’m anxious to see what the judge does after lunch. Maybe she will stricken his testimony? I hope she does! That will show his complete lack of credibility!

          • lurker says:

Certainly impeaches his claim that he never listened to the tape until Saturday.

Maybe he had his hearing aid turned off.

Hey you are right! He would have heard the screams when he was sitting in court!!

    • breelee says:

Then how did he avoid hearing the tape until Sat.? They’ve played it a million times. I can smell the crap from here.

    • Dee says:

And he played it too, with the crying for whom Zimmerman? He’s crying for Zimmerman when he is still alive. That was so fake. I have to cool down before I break my own TV from throwing something at it. Just joking I am on the computer. However, I am very angry about the disrespect that Trayvon has gotten out of this, Lynch mob of KKK converted to suit wearing family and friends.

  260. Sleuth says:

The confessed murderer’s friends seem to think he is such a wonderful. I guess they all forgot about Ted Bundy, the serial murderer. All his friends thought he was wonderful too. The girls were just crazy about him.

  261. ay2z says:

This bench conference is likely about this surprise testimony, not offered in deposition by this witness, and who took it upon himself (allegedly, or so he claimed under oath) to listen to the tapes on Saturday, after a year of purposefully staying away, because he knew he was going to be involved in the defense.

He also said on the stand, he has experience in court in the past, and he made comment ‘he knows better’.

Yes, the state affirmed in re-cross, that this witness did this ‘on his own’ volition.

    • PiranhaMom says:

      @ay2z –

Sure this fraud is “experienced in court” — he sat as a spectator on the Zimmerman side last week – 2nd row, highly visible – Check the videos for last Friday, Thursday, Wednesday. Maybe all week.

HIGHLY VISIBLE – 3rd or 4th person from the wall, 2nd row.

Is it LEGIT he can NOW be a witness??

“and who took it upon himself (allegedly, or so he claimed under oath) to listen to the tapes on Saturday, after a year of purposefully staying away, because he knew he was going to be involved in the defense.”

    • crazy1946 says:

Breaking silence for one comment, Mr. D has committed perjury! Did he not sit in the court room last week when the tape was played? Did he not testify that he first heard it on Saturday, two days ago? Some one correct me if that is not clearly perjury? Back under my rock to silence I go…. πŸ™‚

  262. DruDo says:

Yes and no. He got him to unequivocally say it was GZ. But I’m sure GZ’s statement of how he was bleeding, being smothered, etc. will be revisited. How would someone scream for help in that condition?

Also, the fact that the screaming stopped after the shot was fired. Aside from what that proves, if GZ really didn’t believe he had hit him, why would he stop screaming.

What Bernie effectively did was let the witnesses dig a very deep hole so the prosecution could bury them.

  267. Trained Observer says:

John boy here (who never discusses anything with his wife) must owe Wolfie a lot of favors.

  268. chi1224 says:

Why is this “difficult” for this old coot? WTF O’Mara is trying to use this fool to offset the REAL emotion of Sabrina! EPIC FAIL

  269. smokeegyrl says:

Ut oh something is going on

  270. MedicineBear says:

Donnelly: “It was one person screaming and asking for help in the background.” BOOM!

  271. Deborah Moore says:

So, this is why he was in court last week? He wasn’t on the witness list until this weekend?
Did the defense actually just put together their case?

    • lurker says:

He was deposed back in May–must have been on the witness list.

Maybe that’s what the powwow with the judge is about.

  272. Sabrina B. says:

Did you think the trial was going bad and decided you needed to help?

  273. DruDo says:

I think Sybrina’s one quiet, firm, sad statement that this is Trayvon will override all these obvious clowns.

  274. Tzar says:

lol, it is clear to me now that the prosecution is gonna introduce the Zimmerman’s voice examplar

and PS residence in the innards of this Donnelly guy is being competed for by himself and foul excrements, not sure who is winning but it is a full house, no vacancies.

  275. amsterdam1234 says:

Pretty smart replaying the nen call. Every jury member should be able to recognize GZ’s voice at a casual level by now. I wonder how many of them think they could vouch for 100 % to recognize those screams as GZ.

  276. V says:

Compares a firefight with warlike conditions as the same as two men in a scuffle… Hilarious!

  277. Stormwatch says:

Is their a difference in screaming from pain.. as opposed to screaming out of fear? Did anyone ask the former medic that. because those screams on the battle field are from people already wounded, not about to be wounded… or killed.

  278. Sophia33 says:

Let me clarify…the Razzie goes to…

  279. Sabrina B. says:

    Fogen drugged again?

  280. Leslie says:

    The den of battle….

  281. MrSykes says:

Oh you slipped up big time Mr Donnely. You acknowleged that there were other screams for help that did not come from Fogen.

  282. Rachael says:

This is going to be good when on closing they remind the jury that GZ was bleeding and being smothered and would be unable to scream according to his (GZ’s) description of what was going on.

It will show that every last one LIED!!

  283. groans says:

Maybe this could be the guy to ask about the second voice at the beginning of the tape…?

Pleeeaaassse bring it up with someone!

  284. lurker says:

Has no problem identifying emotion in the help cries, but everything in the NEN call is just monotone, matter-of-fact description.

  285. jodiwankanobi says:

so now he thinks he can identify Mark Knoffler

  286. Sabrina B. says:

How many scotches did he have this morning?

  287. HereslookingatYou says:

    uh oh two voices

    • groans says:

Father-substitute only hears one voice. So much for all those astute listening abilities … or is he simply a biased liar.

  288. You all have thoughtful comments says:

The sheets are on the line.

    The iron is hot.

  289. chi1224 says:

Bernie is doing a good job bringing out their obvious bias. These people are actively trying to get Fogen off on murder charges.

  290. PerfectlyImperfect says:

Next time I call 911 because I get into an accident, I’ll be sure to label the individuals involved as assholes.

  291. HereslookingatYou says:

the killer sure was focused on that button Trayvon was wearing and then just managed to get a perfect shot ..right underneath it

  292. MDH says:

By asking all these so called voice recognition experts (friends of GZ) about the first part of the 9-11 call is the prosecution setting up for rebuttal that could be devastating to the defense?

What I mean is that I bet dollars to doughnuts that if I ran that tape by three disinterested witnesses that the answers would be:

GZ is running to cause wind noise

    F’in punks or f’in coons

It sure sounds like GZ has ill will towards T

Not being versed in criminal law, can the prosecution do this?

  293. Sleuth says:

Dang, $4,700-$5,000! He either wanted that “trick” real bad, or simply needed an IRS deduction for assisting the homeless. These darn people don’t know what to do with money.

$20 is one thing, but $5,000 shows just how much you believe he had the right to kill an unarmed child.

Dang! I wonder if he’ll purchase a new gun for me and pay for the renewal of my NRA membership?

  294. Deborah Moore says:

I can contribute to Georgie’s wardrobe too. a t-shirt that says There’s something wrong with me.

  295. Leslie says:

Omg! All the defense witnesses are contributors to fogen’s fund! What a phuckin circus. This guy bought fat ass suits too, lmao! Surely the jury sees through the buffoonery..smh

  296. You all have thoughtful comments says:

This man has desecrated the names, lives, deaths, injuries and spirits of the men who served in Vietnam by using his “experience” with these soldiers in trying clear a killer.

  297. DruDo says:

This is overkill and I do NOT mean that disrespectfully towards Trayvon. If I were on that jury, I’d be thinking “thou doth protest too much”.

    • groans says:

Fifteen or 20 of CAC’s family and closest friends parade up to say: “That is definitely CAC’s voice.”

  298. colin black says:

Best address 111 only a thousand digits out 1111.

  299. Thrace says:

Wonder what the sons think about their parents giving GZ $3000 and spending $1700 on clothes for him?

GZ is the type that snuggles up to dying old people and has the children written out of the will – with everything going to him.

  300. Boyd says:

too bad BDLR could not filter out the screams, replace it with another person’s scream and play it in court.

  301. KateW says:

Wow the defense is really milking people. They couldn’t go to Goodwill or have someone donate clothing? They HAD TO buy him a new wardrobe? Food? They had to feed him. Pay his rent? What else? Washing his car? Scrub his back? *scoff*

  302. DruDo says:

Amazing how many voice experts live in that area and they all know fogen.

  303. colin black says:

What a waste of money hope the suits had elastic waists.

  304. Tzar says:

“They were on sale” *smiles* *aren’t I folksy?*

  305. chi1224 says:

Does anybody think anyone will believe this fool and his wife didn’t talk about this case? PLEASE!
Actually I’m glad they are showing their willingness to flat out lie!

  306. Judy75201 says:

OMG “shows respect for the system”. Gad.

  307. You all have thoughtful comments says:

    $2500 to Defense

    $500 to gz’s personal website

  308. whonoze says:

He has PTSD. He’s unreliable. πŸ™‚

  309. Rachael says:

My wife and I try never to discuss anything. LOL

  310. smokeegyrl says:

That azzhole has been sitting in the court room…

    • FactsFirst says:

YUP! I thought all the witnesses had to sit out until they testified… This some straight up frak nackle BULL!

  311. Ty Flair says:

What a joke safe those tears when they seen fogen a$$ away.

  312. Thrace says:

If he only listened to the tape on Saturday, what was he going to testify to before then?

  313. Trained Observer says:

Does John boy think something’s funny? Why the shit-eating chuckles and grins?

  314. So all the voice expert wannabes are saying this is gz.
I wonder if they can tell us how gz managed those screams while being suffocated . Oh, and the physicians assistant said gz would be swallowing blood. I would be choking if I was on my back, screaming ,and blood was running down my throat !

  315. KateW says:

Opps he’s showing signs of memory loss.

  316. Rachael says:

Cut the fucken tears asshat. Why would YOU cry? GZ is alive and well.

You are crying because you KNOW you are lying. You know that GZ killed that kid and it is him crying out and it is hard on you to lie.

No, you weren’t asked if you would testify. You were asked if you would LIE – or at least just say it was GZ.

    • Malisha says:

His tears are a simple ploy to the jury: “Pity me, Vietnam, I’m for HIM transfer your pity to HIM.”

    • texad says:

I refuse to listen to O’Mara question these “friends” of GZ. I try to just catch Bernie on re-direct. I had a theory early on in this case that these grown a$$ men who are sooo close to GZ seem to support: I think Rachel Jeantel was correct when she told Trayvon that the person following him could be a rapist. I believe GZ is a sexual predator and a victim of sexual abuse all rolled into one. He was raised Catholic and we know the long history of sexual abuse of boys among priests.

We know that he sexually abused his female cousin-starting when she was a child through her teens. Her story always seemed credible to me because she described an unusual problem he had ….below the waist. We now see that he has managed to get older men to treat him like a father and give him gifts-even though his own father is very much alive. And they love him so much that they CRY at the thought that he is no longer available for them to……mentor.

Trayvon Martin was very intuitive to be fearful of this man who looked like a skinhead and who followed him first by car, and then stalked him on foot. Trayvon is the only person who had self defense rights on February 26, 2012 at RTL.

  317. ic2fools says:

Seriously now the Vietnam was 1954 through 1975. O’MyAss even if you use 1975 as this mans’ experience with screams that is 38YEARS!!!!

An opinion, he is not an expert to give an opinion!!!!!! What a damn fool

fogen have you started writing OH SHIT OH SHIT OH SHIT yet? You should be.

    • Trained Observer says:

IMO John Donnelly is competing with Uncle Jorge for “Thespian of the Trial” award.

      • anita says:

that’s fuckin’ hilarious!!! LMAO thespian Ha Ha Ha

      • lurker says:

Did you notice that the family members chosen to put on the stand were both very Hispanic looking?

Some people believe that all the minorities stick together–so Zim couldn’t be racist.

      • jm says:

I honestly could not stomach O’Mara and stopped watching after Osterman’s wife testified. How did things go after that? Good, bad, indifferent for the prosecution.

    • PiranhaMom says:

      @Trained –

      Award known as “the TOTTY.”

    • PiranhaMom says:

      @ic2fools –

US did not get involved until the late 1964 but had “advisors” there starting in 1961. Earlier, it was the “French-IndoChina War.”

  318. colin black says:

    God has granted your wish

    You don’t have the ableity…

  319. chi1224 says:

  320. PerfectlyImperfect says:

I wish to God that I didn’t have the expert knowledge to understand it was GZ yelling….bs.

  321. Woow! says:

    Is that fool crying?

Oh dear! And the Oscar goes to…

  323. You all have thoughtful comments says:

    Shades of the Old South

  324. KateW says:

OMG is he going to cry?! Is that the new strategy? Cry and get the jury to feel bad for you and feel bad for GZ?

  325. lurker says:

OK–they are trying to suggest that the witness’s Vietnam experience provides him with superior ability to identigy screaming voices.

Get all over that, please prosecution.

  326. ay2z says:

This grown man is about to cry on the stand

  327. Ty Flair says:

O’Mara is saying fogen has been wounded in combat. A wanna be cop has now turn into a damn soilder.

  329. Sleuth says:

Something tells me these lying azzes would claim my sons voices as the confessed murderer’s voice.

    • lurker says:

Prosecution needs a bank of interns to go looking into the social media of each and every one of these witnesses.

      • Sleuth says:

        Hi lurker,

I posted a comment Up-thread about Mrs. Donnelly. I saw her, or someone who looks like her posting negative comments about Trayvon not being a child. According to Florida law, he was.

  330. Rachael says:

I didn’t want to because I knew I’d be asked by my friend to lie for his son.

  331. Dave says:

“You know the men that you eat. Sleep with.”

  332. DruDo says:

O’M to fogen witnesses: “Now, this isn’t a bribe..it’s for your gracious willingness to advocate for our killer and we’re running outta money, so just say what a wonderful human being our killer is and you know it was him screaming”.

  333. chi1224 says:

Oh so now this guy is an expert on “screaming for help”…. are these people for real?? GET THIS FOOL OFF THE STAND! This is so orchestrated! It’s sickening and I hope to God the jury isn’t buying ANY of this BS!

  334. ChrisNY~Laurie says:

What year did Donelly say he met Fogen? I thought he said 2002, but I could be wrong? And what year was it that Fogen moved to Florida?

  335. MrSykes says:

Hahahahaha, riiiiiiiight, because combat is EXACTLY the same as a scuffle with a skinny unarmed 17 year old.

  336. HereslookingatYou says:

if the jurors are anxious to get this over with … does anybody else feel they are all on the same page ..
I feel like they have their minds made up..

  337. mrsdoubtfire says:

Where are they going with this……………that Z had shrapnel type injuries.lol Nope its about how men can scream in high pitched tones. Z is now a wounded soldier.

  338. Lynn says:

The problem with this is that GZ WAS NOT screaming for a medic! He wanted a medic no where near TM.

  339. Sleuth says:

Get your butt in there and help the State put a fire under these lying azz folks!

  340. Rachael says:

I went out to get coffee before work in 15 minutes and I come back to THIS nonsense?

  341. Boyd says:

Good, so Witness #9 can testify to his voice patterns when he was sexually assaulting her. Since everyone else is being a character witness. It’s her chance to get revenge

    • parrot says:

Even if she does not testify about Georgie’s sexual abuse, she is valuable as someone who’s known him all their lives, knows his voice and knows his confrontational disposition.

  342. willisnewton says:

Sybrina has heard enough. Classy walkout.

    • Trained Observer says:

Classy walkout also a shrewd move. Signals to jurors that whatever this jerk has to say ain’t worth hearing.

  343. Trained Observer says:

IMO, jurors want to get back to murder evidence. This military crappola might play well with men, but these women will resent the distraction from the case at hand.

    • Trained Observer says:

Should have said some men. Close friend (WWII era /marine lurker at Iwo Jima) just called to make that clear to me.

  344. Patricia J-C says:

Just wondering, does George have any “friends” his age? Ex-Military father never taught him how to tie a tie? This is getting weirder by the moment. George reminds me of one of the Children of the Corn. Just thinking out loud…

    • SoulSistaWoo says:

He is a freak and it amazes me how the people he dupes can’t see him for what he is… A sleazy fraud who sucks up to people for their credentials and money loans.

He has an inconsistent work history, he’s a poor student and has not accomplished anything in his 30 year life.

  345. Stormwatch says:

The jury will not like the smell of bs in the morning.

  346. ay2z says:

Sybrina is focussing on some notes this morning. Good for her. She’s taking a break from the courtroom as the sidebar is going on.

  347. You all have thoughtful comments says:

gz had nothing to scream about.

There was no gz blood/dna on Trayvon’s hands = gz was not getting a head slamming, a punching, nor a smothering = gz is a LIAR = His life was NEVER in danger

    • ay2z says:

Yes he had a reason, he knew he had to set up the scenario that he was in trouble, same reason he did not use his own pristine little hands, to strike in his very own stated life threatned situation.

      Fogen is the biggest coward.

  348. SearchingMind says:

This witness was not called as expert witness. But O’Mara is trying to have him testify as expert witness on voice identification and recognition. BDLR did not see that early enough. I would request disqualification of this witness!

  349. jodiwankanobi says:

who are these dicks on WFTV….i bet they donated to the defense fund too

    • willisnewton says:

They are television newscasters, and their guests. Not to be confused with REPORTERS. Don’t be surprised if they speak as though they are not up on the facts and the evidence, and merely offer opinions and commentary more than actually reporting on the news.

translation: they are asshats. ignore them.

  350. God is there says:

  351. Boyd says:

Are they kidding? He’s screaming , 1 minute later , acting like it was nothing. I’m guessing BDLR is saving that for the end

  352. MrSykes says:

Oh Gawd. Going for the emotional war story approach. This is hilarious. Talk about throwing everything out there but the kitchen sink.

  353. ay2z says:

O’mara keeps talking over Judge Nelson’s request to approach, he continues to disrespect his judge.

  354. KateW says:

ugfh this is a lovely debacle. What is the purpose of this testimony. The jury doesn’t want to hear this man’s life story. I am sure it is “interesting” but lets keep it moving. This guy is just trying to burn daylight.

  355. Leisa says:

Oh, just when he was working up the tears….

  356. willisnewton says:

Good lord let’s relive Tet now. Is Richard Nixon on trial here, or Robert MacNamara? That would be relevant.

  357. ChrisNY~Laurie says:

Oh, I get it now Mr. Donelly is an expert on voice changes too.

    Excuse BDLR, relevance?

  358. Leisa says:

He is going to compare the screams as Fogen’s and then compare those to battlefield cries? I feel like I am in Oz here….

  359. fauxmccoy says:

oh, a stealth voice AND medical expert! how convenient!

  360. Dee says:

If it was Zimmerman screaming as they claim, then why was he not still screaming after the shot. I hope this jury is not biases and go for Zimmerman just because, of these witnesses who are differently lying on the stand for George. Because how can they be so sure that it is Zimmerman when they never heard Trayvon’s voice. This right here says they are lying. The experts couldn’t even tell from screams, but they did say it wasn’t Zimmerman that they did say.

  361. ay2z says:

This guy woudn’t happen to have been a friend of Robert Z senior?

  362. Woow! says:

He is going to use this witness to say TM was talking afer he was shot in the heart.

  363. My Forehead Tho says:

I love how O’Mara highlighted how close friends this witness and the defendant were. This man bought the defendant’s court suits ,donated $2500 to his defense funds and shared a friendship that lasted over a decade, yet his expert opinion of Fogen’s injuries are not expected to be biased.

    • PerfectlyImperfect says:

They couldn’t find anyone credible to testify to their liking about the injuries.

    • Woow! says:

Why would this man buy another grown man capable of working clothes? What happened to the money treepers were donating directly bypassing the website?

      This whole thing stinks.

  364. PerfectlyImperfect says:

What does Vietnam have anything to do with GZ? In Vietnam people were getting maimed and blown up. People weren’t getting into scuffles as eye witnesses have labeled the altercation between GZ and TM.

  365. ay2z says:

“search and destroy”, sounds like fogen’s fugitive hunting and stopping from getting away, career goal

  366. fauxmccoy says:

clearly o’mara managed to evade the draft

  367. type1juve says:

I wonder if they have any real witnesses scheduled to testify other than members of the GZ fan club?

  368. DruDo says:

This is all major BS. People thought Ted Bundy was a great guy, too.

  369. Trained Observer says:

Did I hear Vietnam? Don’t think that will cut much ice with jurors, but now we see the possible good ol’ boy tie-in with Pops Z and Wolfie.

  370. Trial-is-underwaybaby says:

Professor Fred please weigh in… Is what the defense doing by talking to these witnesses not character evidence… is the door fully open to GZ bad character….

    • fauxmccoy says:

no — i suspect they have been carefully coached to get as close to the line as possible. let’s hope one of them screws up.

      • Trial-is-underwaybaby says:

I think they have opened the door… Natalie Jackson TM family attorney stated that it is cumulative… they have questioned each witness a little bit with regard to his character and she believes that adds up to push the “Door” open… we have to see what BDLR does before lunch…

  371. groans says:

Sounds like some character evidence is being introduced by the defense this morning. Maybe things will get VERY interesting soon!

  372. KateW says:

Ok. All of a sudden this guy has an IQ of 60? Now he’s Rain Man? Get outta here.

    • elle says:

Did he say fogen was stupid? I was trying to call my husband to tell him Trent was denied being able to attend the trial.

  373. lurker says:

I think that BDLR is challenging his medical expertise as a witness.

  374. willisnewton says:

Big Lebpwski: Jesus, walter. Not everything is about Viet Nam.

  375. breelee says:

I don’t think this is a monster couple, and get IF they truly didn’t listen to much, so they’d be able to testify honestly. What they’re epic fail was, is not finding out the bad things in fogens past. I don’t think they’d feel all warm and fuzzy knowing the true person they call friend.

    • type1juve says:

I think they know exactly who Fogen is. They donated.

    • lurker says:

Yeah, maybe. Bunch of folks I have talked to online just carry hidden biases against young black men, assume that gz would have to be in the right, oh, and by the way, are big gun-toting NRA-types.

I think this guy may be such a similar flag-waver. Their big political picture is that they (white men) are something of an endangered species. They talk about things like the coming revolution/civil war. And they believe things like the President is a Muslim, a communist and working to dismantle the country.

So, in short, the stuff in gz’s past would be entirely excusable–cuz he’s on their side.

    • SoulSistaWoo says:

This couple knows all about this case and have purchased the whole hogwash of a story! You don’t donate $3000.00 to a person and not know anything about what you are donating to.

    • PiranhaMom says:

  376. HereslookingatYou says:

betcha Bill S is just eatin this crap up… he is sooooooo obvious

  377. ChrisNY~Laurie says:

Wtf. Is this Donelly guy going to be an expert on wounds or something? Is that why we are hearing about his combat and PA history?? And he just made himself another character witness.

  378. ZCBest says:

I know this old CAC is not going to talk about how Fogen’s injuries are similar to ones he saw as a combat medic. What in the dog shit is going on. Thanks JN for saying please approach after BDLR’s objection on relevance.

MOM is an idiot if he thinks that will fly.

  379. SoulSistaWoo says:

I think JN just busted the defense trying to sneak in medical expertise on the sly… at least I hope that is the case.

  380. chi1224 says:

O’Mara trying to make this guy look like a stand up guy– soldier, etc.. NO, he is just a lying ass foganite who donated thousands because he is a racist PIG
