Trayvon was not a thug he was innocent he did nothing. he had no violent or criminal history unlike Zimmerman. He had every right to walk to and from a store without some nut job bothering him.     I find it laughable that someone that is getting beat to death still has to the time to contemplate aiming the weapon so that he doesn’t shoot his own hand. In a situation like that you only have time to pull out the gun and hope that you can shoot the person in time before they realize a weapon is pointed at them. There is no time to “aim” as Fogen claimed to have done. Nobody shooting anyone at point blank has time to aim. You could shoot the person anywhere to disable them and stop the violence against yourself. But he aims directly at Martin’s heart. Clearly murder in my mind.

    When he said he was running out of time, it was probably a slip. He knew the police would be there any second. He was running out of time to claim self-defence so he shot to kill.

    By GZ saying on Hannity’s that he was terrified not wanting the cops to show up and see him standing there holding his gun and shoot him, it is reasonably associated with what he meant by running out of time. IOWs, GZ had to shoot and kill Trayvon, or the cops were going to shoot and kill him. He did kill Trayvon to save his own life, but not because of anything Trayvon was doing or had done to him.

    Absolutely! GZ is the type of deceptive person to take advantage when details are omitted.

    are they sure it’s an email – or is it from twitter. i was hacked or caught a bug yesterday and spent 3 hours today wiping my computer!
    but i don’t think it effected my email-plus i haven’t used the one i posted to send any emails. it’s just an inbox.

    It’s the official document. But if you want the document from another source to not give hits to the O’Mara website, which I think is a good reason, I suggest you go out and find a better source.

From the discovery:

“Zimmerman stated that after he discharged the firearm, Martin ceased battering him, and fell over, which enabled Zimmerman to get back on his feet.”

Prosecutor: So the victim was clearly disabled and not a threat anymore? Why did you turn him over and decide to put your weight on this person causing them to asphyxiate on their own blood?

Defendant: I am going to school for criminal justice. I was merely displaying my ability to catch and execute potential criminals since the police always let them get away.

I just found something fishy in the document discovery:

1916:43 911 call placed by CLASSIFIED where Zimmerman is heard screaming for help.

Why does a court record say that it is Zimmerman screaming for help? That is a very disputed part of this investigation. It has not been concluded beyond a reasonable doubt who is screaming so why does it say this? Is it because of his own witness statement?

  Yes, that and witness 6, who has since recanted. It appears that Serino was really trying to make it factual that GZ was the one screaming, as though that was going to be evidence that GZ could hang his hat on. Then it appears that he thought about it and that GZ actually gave Trayvon a reason for beating him.
  
  After the special SA was appointed and investigation conducted with forensic testing, we know now that Trayvon didn’t touch GZ.

  @ChrisNY, I hope you don’t mind me asking you this question, did you blog about this case over at the Caylee Daily? the reason I’m asking is because, they are suppose to stand for the truth and victims such as Trayvon but, it seems that a lot of them are against this kid and for his *murderer*. I wrote a long comment there in the beginning of this case and, I never said anything out of place and, I was banned. what is the difference in seeking justice for a 2yr old child and a 17yr old child? Trayvon was an innocent victim just as much as Caylee Anthony was. but, to let some of the folks over there tell it, Trayvon caused his own death by beating Fogen which we all know is a lie. the folks on that site, are just as two faced as can be.

    Yes, I did blog at The Caylee Daily. It’s nice to find and old fellow blogger! I often wonder if certain people are from there, lol
    
    I still read there, but nobody really comments on this case unfortunately. I was actually shocked at the way they were acting, considering that, like you pointed out, they were there for Caylee.
    
    There was only four regualrs over there that was pro Fogen. They spent too much time at CTH, and started behaving just like them. They left TCD and insist that they were banned for being pro Fogen, but in reality, their comments were deleted due to being rude and sometimes down right rotten.
    
    Are you sue you were banned and your comments weren’t just held in moderation? There still are some really good people there. A lot that have been there since the site started.

    Indeed it does Trina, indeed it does. Fogen just knew he was going to get away with his crime but, GOD is in control 24/7 as he sits high and looks low. this is one also, Fogen is the poster boy for not being able to tell the same lie more than once.

    I’ve seen it before in Serino’s report included in one of the evidence dump. Singleton got it from the 911 logs, but they used the time from the first typed entry. If you want the correct times you have to use the connection time of the caller and derive the time for the event you are looking for by adding the seconds into the audio recordings to the connection time for that caller.
    
    Make sure you have an audio recording that whites out personal information instead of cutting it out.

  Why do they write that Zimmerman was screaming, when the only people who have said that were tha dad and Junior? 4 of the witnesses ID it as a kid, and the rest ID it as the person getting shot, with the exception of witness 6 who states he does not know who screamed and witness 11 said she was not sure how Zimmernuts would sound like screaming but she captured it for the police. He’s yelling at Trayvon, but he was not screaming for help.
