There is definitely evidence of 1st degree murder, but it is unlikely that the prosecution is going to charge him with that instead. 2nd degree murder already carries a maximum of life in prison, which means he will die in prison if he is given that sentence. Unless the prosecution wants him executed, I see no reason to change the charge against him. As we saw with the Casey Anthony case, they had a choice of charging her with 1st degree murder, 2nd degree murder, or a manslaughter type charge. The idiot juror #3 went on TV claiming that the death penalty had to do with the verdict. She is stupid and did not have to go with 1st degree murder, let alone vote for the death penalty in the penalty phase. That woman made herself look like the biggest fool in the world by going on TV and trying to justify the ridiculous verdict. She would have been better off keeping her face behind closed doors.

A: Yes, the Detective also told me that the broad built man was the one who was screaming, he said you should of seen him he was all scratched or beaten up

No. Serino attempted to correct several witnesses telling them that Zimmerman was the person screaming (not Martin) and he was obviously wrong about that.

To MichellO….. I have always believed this is Trayvon screaming for his life…. I do have one question however….. how exactly does one tell from this recording that it is a “black boy” screaming?

Regarding the 7-11 tape, would it be possible to just show the five minutes or so with Trayvon in the store or would it be necessary to run the whole thing (zzzzzzz)?

As for the hoody issue, I can’t see dwelling on it. The jurors will all live in the same county and should know how people dress in their area. Anyway, if they are subjected to a long cut of the 7-11 tape (zzzzzzz) they will see plenty of nonthug customers wearing hoodies.
